Our cozy little apartment with a fenced doggie area is near University of Texas in a lively eclectic neighborhood with many excellent restaurants, coffee houses, bars, entertainment, grocery & liquor store only within blocks. Perfect launching pad for your Austin adventure! Few min walk to famous 6th St. and West Lynn. Near ACL, SXSW etc.
You’ll love the neighborhood! Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). A taste of urban living in a quiet and safe area.
One bedroom with a Queen bed and 1 twin bed. The living room has another twin bed and a small sofa/loveseat. Sleeps 4. Comfy sheets. Small bathroom with towels and essentials. Cozy living room with flat screen TV, CABLE TV and free high speed internet. Perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Austin. Our vacation rental is protected by e-locks. In other words, NO KEYS NO HASSLE! Prior to your stay we simply email you a unique code that works for your reservation only. Biking is a very popular way to get around within Clarksville and the nearby areas. There are so many restaurants and attractions nearby, that for some Clarksville residents, walking is an easy way to get the area.
If you prefer to ride the bus, Capital Metro Route 9 passes through Clarksville.

Summary: Super tiny place, but good enough for our stay. It was clean, the AC worked well, comfortable mattresses and super nice neighborhood. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a dishwasher, but not a big deal. The host was very helpful

Summary: This property housed me and two of my friends for ACL Fest 2024. We had a great time. It was a central location and we were able to get to and from ACL by scooter or Lyft and were able to get back pretty easily. West 6th street is not a far ride and was definitely worth it to go to! The owner of this property gave me clear instructions ahead of time prior to my stay and was very quick when messaged/asked questions. I had a great time at this property!

Summary: I really enjoyed the location of this vrbo. It's a super quick drive from downtown, and you can walk to a few restaurants and grocery store. The apartment itself was pretty good. Has pretty much everything you would need. My only issue is with the mattresses/beds/sofa. They all seemed to be quite old and should definitely be replaced.

Summary: Great little spot my wife and I stayed at for almost two weeks before we moved into our house. Location is perfect. You’re about 5 mins from everything you need (downtown, bars, restaurants etc). Mireille was very accommodating and easy to communicate with as well!

Summary: I loved it... I fell in love with it immediately. It's a little nest to get some rest and recuperate. That said, there are neighbors who don't like loud talking or music so we had to do all of our partying out and then come back and go to bed. All in all, it was a nice weekend get-away.

Summary: Our family of 4 stayed here for two nights. It's one of 3 or 4 units an old house but it (ground floor) has been kept clean and has new paint and an updated bathroom. It's quite small, a cute one person apartment, but it worked for our weekend. The location was great, everything seemed just minutes away. There were several restaurants down Lynn but nothing close enough to walk to besides those. UT was 5 minutes as was Congress and the highway. The only complaint we had was that the couch/bed was REALLY squeaky. I couldn't move without waking everyone up. The trundle bed was great for my kids and the snoring husband got the bedroom. They seemed fine with their beds. The AC in the kitchen was super loud so we didn't run it and the one in the family room was stuck on 67 so we were a bit cold when we slept. We didn't use the kitchen but it has a lot of space and was clean. Overall, it's a clean small place in a good location (unless you want to walk to everything). Note to the owner - maybe replace the bedframe, they're only like $100 on amazon, and the ac in the kitchen might be about to go out.

Summary: This space is the perfect spot to get anywhere near downtown Austin. There were 3 of us and had more than enough room. Would definitely stay again!!!
