Summary: The house is older with sparse lighting in the bedrooms/breakfast room & issues with some of the pull down shades, but clean and equipped with all the comforts of home. My husband and I spent the week of Thanksgiving there with our 2 adult children and their families (totaling 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 2). We were happy to see the high chair and so many toddler toys there for our use, and the big chalkboard in the pink room was a fun surprise too! The community work out room was a great option since it was so cold, and we all loved using the fireplace! Communications back and forth with Yvonne were top notch through the entire process. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would stay here again in the future.

Summary: Our family of 5 instantly felt at home in this lovely location! The neighborhood is large, but quiet and friendly, and we enjoyed walking along the trails and using the backyard fire pit. We have family in the area and will definitely keep this property in mind for longer stays over the holidays.

Summary: We found the property to be very clean and comfortable. Everything needed was there. Situated in a neighborhood but with a pretty private back yard.. The open layout on the first floor makes in excellent for group. Convenient to Canton and Cleveland. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended..

Summary: This was our 2nd time staying in Yvonne home and we love it every time! The neighborhood is quiet and child friendly and is an amazing location in Canton. Yvonne is extremely accommodating and always has great/ helpful/ swift communication. I homeschool my 4 small children and the house was a great space for us. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you could need and more. I always look for her home when we are traveling to Canton and would choose this home 100 times over any other home in the area.
