Located in the heart of Keystone’s River Run Village, only yards from the Gondola and the Summit Express lift and steps away from Keystone’s best shopping, dining and night life. If you’re looking for a vacation home where you’ll be close to everything, this is the place for you!
Our unit is one of the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos in River Run, blending mountain decor with a contemporary flare. As property owners, your comfort is our priority. We recently added brand new super comfy mattresses and bedding, living room furniture (including a leather sectional sofa with a queen sized sleeper), new stainless steel appliances, a large flat screen TV's in every room, trendy curtains, new showers, fresh paint, new hardwood flooring throughout and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Enjoy comfort, style and location.
This ski condo boasts an amazing location, underground heated parking, an elevator, luggage carts, and a ski locker. These are huge factors when toting lots of ski gear and kids!
The clubhouse amenities consist of a steam room, hot tub, private pool (Expedition Station is the only building in River Run with a private heated pool, open year round), laundry facilities (one shared on every floor), pool table and fitness center. A playground, firepit, miniature golf course (summer) and the Dercum Square Ice Skating Rink (winter) are adjacent to our building. Other amenities include Free WiFi, cable and an outdoor charcoal grill near the pool.
-Children are welcome.
-Pets are NOT allowed.
-Smoking is NOT permitted.
-Only 6 people are allowed in the unit unless prior consent is given from the property owners.
-Master bedroom has a King bed with bathroom in suite.
-Second bedroom has a Queen bed.
-There is a full guest bathroom off the main hallway.
-The leather sectional in the living room has a Queen size sofa bed.
-Full kitchen.
-Keurig Coffee and drip coffee makers.
-Gas fireplace and partial mountain views.

Summary: This condo is in a quiet corner of the building. The parking is awesome. Super short walk to the gondola . Excellent restaurants near by all within walking distance. We utilized the hot timing, steam room and outside heated pool, all were excellent. The condo is perfect, very clean, fully equipped, will definitely return. The owners are super nice and very quick to respond.

Summary: Well appointed, comfortable beds and clean. Across the ice rink from the village with lovely shops, ski rentals and restaurants. It’s a bit of a hike to the lifts but you wind through the village which makes it easy.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this property in Keystone! The location was fantastic; just a short walk to restaurants, shops and the gondola. The parking garage is a little hairy if you have a larger vehicle, as the spaces are very small and turns are tight. We did appreciate that it was heated, though! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Summary: This unit is on the first floor, with easy access to the heated pool, hot tub, lobby hang out area, pool table, ice rink, and town. The heated garage is lovely. There is a ski rental spot, Norski, right next to the building with easy rental and return. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay! Thank you :)

Summary: We had an excellent stay at River Run. We traveled with our two boys (11 and 9) for their first Colorado skiing experience. The close proximity to the mountain made the experience tolerable for them. They especially loved the outdoor heated pool. The condo was clean and had all major cooking needs. Just note there are no spices on hand, so you’ll need to bring everything if you’re planning on cooking at home. I would highly recommend and stay again.

Summary: Property is in great location at base of Keystone - walking distance to lifts. Condo was clean and spacious and we used the ski locker, hot tub and pool daily. Laundry just down the hall. Owner was very responsive to emails ahead of the trip and made terrific suggestions. Will likely stay here again.
