We would like to invite you to relax and play on the beautiful and sunny south shore of Kauai in this 3rd floor studio.(no elevators) The studio looks over Prince Kuhio Park and has an ocean view. Each of our properties are privately owned and represent value, comfort and amenities specific to the unit.
Prince Kuhio Resort is located directly across the street from a small beach and the surfing area known as PK's. The address is 5061 Lawai Road, Koloa, HI 96756.

Summary: Its a older place but very nice,clean and great location. Parking was in a garage which was nice and was watched all the time. The only thing was its a out dated condo and if you have running air-condition all night its hard to sleep.

Summary: The condo was very clean, but the curtains had holes in them and needed replacing. The AC could not be turned down from high and was very noisy. The location is GREAT!

Summary: The description and pictures of the property are accurate. It's a bit old school but comfortable and funcional It is located right across the street from a small beach, that does not look particularly exciting at a first glance but we saw a lot of turtles, fish and even a manta while snorkeling there The community garden is beautiful and the area is quiet. It is located very close to Koloa and Poipu

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here. The room is small but was enough for what we needed. The studio was clean and well organized. The view down the balcony was great! As others have said, this is not the place for you if you can’t walk up 3 flights of stairs, if you hate being woken up by roosters in the morning, or if you have to have strong air conditioning. The location was wonderful. You are within walking distance of great snorkeling and a marketplace with plenty of food places. I would stay here again!

Summary: We came to stay for our honeymoon. We only needed a small space and this was perfect. Close to everything, great view, and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the pool, grills, on-site laundry, and having the cooler! I can't think of anything that I would change honestly...except for having to leave!

Summary: From the balcony we saw historic ruins and mountains one way and the ocean the other way. The grounds and pool are beautiful. A short walk to the public beach with some of the best snorkeling on the island and/or the evening sunset. Also a quick drive to all our south and West Island destinations. Very quick repo sea from the property manager. Thanks!!
