Positive: It was a beautiful lodge, the rooms were comfortable and felt like a little cabin! The views are nice and the staff are really great. Having a spa there was amazing, and we enjoyed everything about it!

Positive: We were greeted with a warm velcome in the reception. We got a good intro to the hotel. The room was beautiful and so were the views. Very nice breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. The spa area with sauna etc. were very nice. Good location close to the center.
Negative: There was a very strong room fragrance in the room. We had to move it to the balcony and air out the room for a few hours, and still felt like we're living in a fragrance factory. I think it would be nice to consider sensitive guests, and not overuse scents in hotels in general. The smell of clean is not an ovepowering room scent - it's the fact that there's no smell at all.

Positive: Very nice location close to the center, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful and calm atmosphere. The facilities are lovely, breakfast great, although what truly makes this place special is the exceptional service and the wonderful team. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, almost like family. Cintia and the entire staff are incredibly helpful, professional, and simply delightful. I would always choose to come back. Even my dog wanted to return after we checked into a different hotel for the winter break. That says it all :)

Positive: Location is perfect, we booked the largest apartment with the terrace and the kids enjoyed playing outside. We Also loved the downstairs garage.
Negative: - There’s a shared bathroom for two rooms and it’s a bit far from the rooms. - we couldn’t find the keys for the rooms in the apartment.
