Summary: This resort exceeded our expectations. The photos on line didn’t do the resort justice. They had so much more to offer. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. My family didn’t want to leave. That says a lot.

Summary: Hospitable and accommodating. With my mother being in a wheelchair, the first room was distant from most of the property amenities. Thanks to Andre Myrie, one of the most pleasant bells man, we were able be accommodated with courtesy and efficiency. Overall, beautiful property and spendid experience.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at Princess Grand Resort Jamaica! The rooms were spotless and well-kept, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The kids especially loved the entertainment — fun, lively, and perfect for all ages. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Having a swim out pool was on point. Waking up in the morning to a nice swim and in the evening to cool down. Decent water sports activities. The kids enjoyed the canoeing and peddle boat into the sea. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Jamaica!

Summary: Everything was amazing from accommodations to the food and people except the bell hop took my alcohol out of my room that was left for me because of the vip status I have with hotel.com

Summary: As a Hotels.com Gold Member and frequent traveler to all-inclusive resorts, I can confidently say that Princess Grand Jamaica is in a league of its own. Hands down, this was the best all-inclusive resort experience we’ve had as a family. We stayed in a stunning oceanfront suite that featured a private jacuzzi on the balcony and access to a gorgeous infinity pool, the views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning feel like paradise. We also upgraded to the Platinum service, which took everything to the next level. Our amazing butlers, Rayon and Gregory, made sure our stay was flawless. From organizing a surprise birthday celebration for our son (complete with decorations and cake in our suite) to booking dinner reservations and being available for anything we needed, they truly went above and beyond. The entire resort is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff made us feel like royalty. If you’re considering a stay, don’t think twice go Platinum and ask for Rayon and Gregory. This was a 5-star experience from start to finish, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Summary: This experience was absolutely amazing. The check-in process was quick. We received cool hand towels to refresh our hands and face, upon arrival, and were immediately served rum punch during our short wait. Great food, great servers, great bartenders. Great vibes all around. Shoutout to the entire gift shop staff. However, they fell a bit short when it came to getting service from the front desk. We had 3 people in our party and there were only two towels and one small tube of bath gel; the extra towels took forever to arrive and housekeeping never arrived to tidy up our room and refill our bath products.
