Summary: The hotel is nice but located on a hill which mean a lot of heights, i.e.,walking up and down stairs and hills. The hotel has no restaurants so, if there are no taxi available, you need to walk up and down some hills to get to the restaurants. We are in quite good shape but still needed to take a few breaks to breath when walking these hills. Otherwise it only takes 10 minutes to walk, so it is not far.

Summary: Great place if you're looking for a more desolate area to unwind in St Maartens. I usually stay on Mullet Beach side but decided to stay here 1 night to check it out. One night is enough for me and my family. Quick heads up, a car is a must if youre staying here. I only wish they stocked the 2 bedroom condos with the essentials such as sponge, soap, salt, sugar, pepper, powdered creamer for coffee, etc.

Summary: This was the best hotel we could have chosen! It’s located on a mountain by dawn beach in a quiet area on the Dutch side of the island which we preferred over the French side. Parking is very easy and convenient and it’s close to a lot of restaurants on the Dutch side. The rooms were very clean and fully stocked with towels and dishes. We slept the best we have this whole year on that comfortable king sized bed as well! The staff are all super helpful and friendly including the nighttime security. The pool was extremely large, clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean and st barts. I would highly recommend this hotel if you choose to go to Sint Maarten!

Summary: We stayed 7 nights at the Princess heights condo and we absolutely loved it. The staff was so nice and the room was incredible. They really made sure that our stay was perfection I would come back anytime to this location. Things to consider with this specific resort: 1- It is a bit outside the more touristic areas so we highly recommend a car if you want to be on the move and go out at night. 2- The breakfast is croissants, chocolate croissant and yogurt. If you think you need more, take that into consideration ( they are delicious). 3- The beach access is a small adventure but beautiful. All these points are stated on their booking so if you are comfortable with these, you will have the time of your life in this amazing location.
