Summary: Let's start with the hotel it's older and outdated. The rooms are big,bathroom NEEDS updated,outlets didn't work, beds need too be updated. The owners are wonderful, very polite people, would come back for the price... housekeeping was exceptional however, i didn't like my stuff thrown on the floor while they attended the room.

Summary: The Owner and Staff adore this property but unfortunately they have had to deal with much crime in recent years. They are good people and want prosperity for all. Summary: It’s nice clean and comfortable . I would stay again. Cleaning lady was a little rude she had her cart parked in front of the elevator I was waiting for her to move it so I could get my walker through but instead she picked up some garbage and went into the elevator. Didn’t even move the cart so I could get in the elevator when it came back up. The office staff was very nice.

Summary: Shower curtains was old n short that when showering water from shower splashed to the floor, TV remote control was broken batteries were exposed with missing cocer. Asked the Front desk to replace or repair but took long hours for them to acknowledged . Poot Service

Summary: The room was clean, parking lot was clean. There were burn holes in the duvet. Toilet kept running on and off all night and it was really loud.. kept me up. Traffic is also noisy. Overall though my family was happy and comfortable
