Enjoy our immaculate ocean block home! It's only 6 houses from the beach with no streets to cross! The house boasts a large second floor covered deck and a third floor sun deck with ocean views. Backyard with deck, gas grill, and outdoor eating area. Garage for storing bikes and beach gear, along with a second full-sized refrigerator.
There are two living areas, one on each floor, both with flat screen televisions and DVD players. Cable and WiFi. Perfect for adults and kids! The fully appointed kitchen has granite countertops and all new stainless appliances.
Five bedrooms include a first floor master with king bed and attached full master bath and four second floor bedrooms. The second floor bedrooms include a junior master suite with vaulted ceilings (queen bed) and three additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with 2 twin beds, and one with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins). Comfortably sleeps 12. Two and a half baths total and an outdoor shower.

Summary: Been renting on LBI for over 40+ years and this is best house so far! Beautifully furnished and equipped. Yard spacious and lovely furniture as well and great outdoor shower. Owner so pleasant to deal with; couldn't have asked for better!

Summary: We found this home to perfectly fit the needs of 7 adults and two children. The fenced in back yard was a great play area for the kids and since there are two sitting areas, all of the adults had space. Nicely stocked kitchen and the two refrigerators were great. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely rent this home again!

Summary: This beautiful home close to the beach was perfect for us. Tasteful decor, cleanliness, and updates to the kitchen and baths made this a quality place in which to stay. The spacious layout provided a feel of privacy for our extended family while facilitating togetherness. We all were extremely fond of the outdoor shower with warm water to wash the sand away. We can not imagine how challenging it would have been to traipse back and forth to the beach with grandchildren without this feature. We hope to return in future years and add to our great memories here.
