DISCOUNT FOR 7 NIGHTS OR MORE** A large heated saltwater pool set in a garden oasis greets you as you enter the fenced in yard of this completely renovated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom cape style home with new kitchen appliances, new bathroom fixtures, new mattresses and ductless air conditioning. As you enter this pristine home you see open plan living/dining room and kitchen that overlooks the pool, large backyard with firepit and deck with outdoor dining and gas grill. The first floor also features a king-sized bedroom with full tub/shower bathroom just steps away. The office with desk and wireless printer complete the downstairs. The second floor consists of a king-size ensuite bedroom with large walk-in shower and a twin bed. The third bedroom features a king sized bed and a trundle bed that can be set up as two twins or made into a king. This large bedroom overlooks the pool, gardens and backyard. The third full bathroom is just outside the door of "pool view" and features a tub/shower. Conveniently located in historic Eastham steps to the bike trail and just a few minutes to beaches! Great restaurants and local attractions are only a moments drive away. The heated saltwater pool will be open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. The pool may be open before and after, weather permitting. Please contact us to be sure pool is open. If the pool is not open, we will remove the maintenance fee.

Summary: We loved the entire house. Modern kitchen, stocked with snacks. Beautiful garden and large heated pool. Quiet street, perfect for our toddler to practice bike riding. Convenient drive to beaches and Orleans and eastern restaurants. Highly recommend!

Summary: The hosts are exemplary The house had most items you would need from laundry detergent to beach towels to coffee to welcome basket with smore kits. The salt water pool was fantastic and the home comfortable and great location. hope to return again!

Summary: 6 adults and 3 children. We had the best time ever! We all called this our escape To paradise! The house was perfect for our family. The layout was perfect and the decor was beyond amazing! The in-ground heated pool was great but the garden around the pool gave a paradise ambiance! More than enough room on the deck, around the pool and inside this beautiful beachy house. Angie and Pete were the best hosts you can find. Right there when we needed them to be, answered all our questions on which beaches were the best, which restaurants were the best! We would visit here again! Highly recommended!

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected. Saltwater pool is great, very clean. The house is well equipped, clean, fresh linens/towels, owners leave snacks, drinks, cheese/crackers etc. We enjoy Sunrises at Nauset light, and sunsets at First Encounter or Rock Harbor. Summary: This was the best rental home ever. It is immaculate and so well stocked with snacks and drinks and even everything need for making s’mores by the outside fire pit. The pool is large with every floatie imaginable for the group. The owners are super responsive, friendly, and helpful. We were so comfortable in this quiet neighborhood in a beautiful area with easy access to restaurants, markets, ponds, and mini golf. A wonderful time was had by our entire family of 9.
