We designed this home from top to bottom and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Each element was chosen for its beauty and function. Designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, we hope that you are delighted by your stay.
Our home is located on a quiet cul de sac peninsula that is surrounded on three sides by water.
The house features three spacious bedrooms, two with king beds and one with a queen. There is also a fold out sofa bed in a fourth playroom and a futon sofa bed in one of the king bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom and roof terrace with outdoor sofa bed.
Three full bathrooms, plus outdoor shower.
The kitchen features all high end appliances and is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals, including an organized pantry with the basics (eg flour, salt, sugar, coffee, etc).
Large sized washer and dryer in separate laundry room with sink.
Large dining room table with seating for 10, plus kitchen countertop seating.
Living room features large comfortable sofa and 56” flat screen tv. There is also a separate sofa and cozy high-backed chairs arranged by the marble fireplace, perfect for night time socializing and games.
Separate playroom includes tons of books, board games, puzzles, and toys for kids.
Beautiful new 20’ x 16’ in-ground pool with quartz black bottom and automatic pool cover. Outdoor shower with privacy enclosure. Large outdoor sofa and chairs, chaise loungers, outdoor dining table with seating for 10 and gas grill. Pool toys, floats, and goggles are also provided. We also have a brand new Sundance hot tub that seats 5.
Barrier island beaches are only a 5 minute drive away. There is also a private beach with a playground on the inlet that is just a short walk from the home.
15 minute drive to Point Pleasant boardwalk which features rides, mini golf, games/arcades, batting cages, tons of restaurants, a funhouse and an aquarium.
Our home is also ideal for fall and winter stays, as we are less than a mile from a huge nature preserve with tons of hiking trails. The home also features a wood burning fireplace and outdoor fire pit for roasting marshmallows.

Summary: We had an enjoyable stay at this beautiful Brick house. It’s in a quiet residential area but close driving distance to great restaurants, the Brick beaches (2 beach tags included and kids are free… note that tents are not permitted) and between Jenkinson Boardwalk and Seaside Heights. Kids loved unwinding in the pool after beach days. House was well stocked with toiletries, laundry needs, board games, extra pillows and blankets. It’s renovated beautifully with comfortable beds. The host’s restaurant recommendations were on point and we loved Charlie’s of Bay Head and Atlantic Offshore Fishery. Great ice cream shops nearby as well. Would come back again!

Summary: My family and I stayed here and we had a wonderful vacation! The pool is gorgeous and the outside area. The pictures posted are exactly what the house looks like. Very comfortable, clean- everything you need! The host was communicative and always accessible to us. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Summary: We loved this house for our family vacation. The house was big, modern and most importantly extremely clean. When we first walked in the adults were excitedly checking out the house while my young daughter was excitedly checking out the room full of toys. The heated pool was also perfect for our family. Book this house, it won't disappoint.

Summary: I recently stayed at this property for 5 nights, accompanied by my wife, 4 children/spouses, and 2 young granddaughters. This was our first time using VRBO (or similar) and we could not have been more delighted. The property was spotless. the location (within easy driving distance from several beaches) was excellent, and the private swimming pool was a huge hit, especially with my granddaughters (who have already asked to come back next year). The host was very responsive to our questions/requests. I hightly recommend the property.

Summary: The pictures of this house don’t do it justice it is completely done top to bottom, including the outdoor area which has a ton of seating and a heated pool! We stayed with our young kids who loved the playroom and all the toys and books included. The location was perfect for a drive to the beach or boardwalk on short notice. Owner was responsive before and during stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!
