This is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house with about 100 feet of pristine river front. Come kayak, swim, fish, tube, relax, and watch the eagles fly by. We are just 90 minutes from NYC and less than 4 hours from Boston. The home sleeps 8 to 9 people comfortably! We will provide you with 2-single person kayaks for you to discover the neversink river. Please bring your own life vest if you are not a strong swimmer. Full deck with grill and seating for 6 people and a fun custom bar to share drinks!
The space
Beautifully facing the majestic Neversink River. Home to 5 American Bald Eagles. The house was built in 2013 and has been meticulously updated and furnished over the years. Sleep 8-9 guests and provide guests the opportunity and proximity to many outdoor events and recreational options. If you want more than 9 people to come to the home, there is a $50 dollar extra guest fee. Please be honest with the number of guests. Additional guests not stated will be charged a fee of $75 per. Inside, you have a full bar, pool table, and many other amenities to keep your family entertained!
Guest access
As of today, the entire house is available to the guest with the exception of the garage, a personal closet on the 3rd level. We hope to have those available in the near future!
Other things to note
This house is equipped with a septic tank as well as a water well. We ask all guest to be very mindful of what they put down the drain. Please no grease, food waste, or any harmful chemicals down the drain. We also ask that if you plan to use the fire pit, please know that you can not burn trash or leave the fire unattended at any time! Lastly, there is an outdoor shower. Please wash up before going inside the house from the river. There is a half bath behind the bar on the lower level for anyone to change prior to going to the main level. Please note that there is a $ 60 fee if kayak paddles are lost. When leaving the house please shut off lights and place the 2nd floor ac on eco or off if you are planning on staying out the whole day.
