Summary: It was modern and clean. We found the design very organized and well maintained. My favorite part was how hidden it was. Very secure.

Summary: This is a very nicely furnished basement unit, and it was very comfortable for a family of 6 with extra air mattress and sheets in the living room, and ideal for family of 4 if everyone needs a bed. Utilitarian decor and modest layout, comfortable beds and bedding, cozy living area, TVs in each bedroom and in living room. New kitchen appliances, and space for cooking meals. Laundry facilities were very helpful for an extended stay. Plenty of lighting. Climate/temp was comfortable, but not controlled from the unit. Stairs required to access the unit. Not an issue for our group, but wouldn't be a good fit for ADA or mobility accommodations. Close to Centerville or Bountiful stores, restaurants, and freeway entrance.

Summary: This property was as advertised and is a great place to stay while in Bountiful. Stocked with all the kitchen amenities you might need, Netflix on the wall-mounted TV and the Pac-Man gaming cabinet also has Galaga and DigDug (currently holding my high score!). Only drawbacks are the somewhat low ceilings, so wouldn’t recommend for taller guests, and there are no controls for central heat in the rental, but the two space heaters quickly heated the space in late November. Overall enjoyed the space and appreciated being able to bring 2 dogs with us.

Summary: The house was clean and all the required amenities were available. Extremely close to shops and restaurants. Great location for family and quick responses from host. Only thing that may bother someone is the occasional smell that comes from the drains around the kitchen/laundry area. Would stay again.

Summary: The apartment was spacious, super clean, and had what we needed for a perfect stay. It's in a basement, but doesn't feel that way due to being a daylight basement w walkout. There's a lot of wonderful natural light in kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchen is great-lots of counter space, and new, premium quality major appliances: a super size fridge, full size oven/stove and a fancy dishwasher. Just about every kind of small appliance you could want is available too. Lots of TVs, internet was reliable, great water pressure in the shower. It's on a street with a fair amount of traffic, but we never heard any traffic. Overall, we found it quiet and with great privacy. Host is super friendly and accommodating. Left us a nice goody bag too . . thank you. Sue The only caveat is if you are quite tall, you may want to check with the host before booking (e.g., twins have footboards, etc.). Overall, a great stay. We will definitely stays again if we need lodging anywhere in the general area.

Summary: Sue was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The apartment was everything we needed for our weekend in Utah and many time we just wanted to hang around the house and relax.

Summary: I loved the set up in the entire property. It was a little chilly but when it’s 100* outside it wasn’t terrible. I would only make one suggestion. The stairway to the unit has no rail which could lead to a serious fall because the stairs are short in depth. I would recommend this rental to anyone! The owner is A
