Summary: Charming little place! The refrigerator wasn’t working when I arrived, but the owner was very responsive and had it replaced during my stay, which I really appreciated. I gave the place a 4 for cleanliness only because there were some spider webs in the corners along the baseboards. Otherwise, it was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Parking is limited to on-street options, but it's a short and convenient walk to the MVP Arena, which was a big plus!

Summary: Positives: Super clean and great location. Linda the owner was super nice and accommodating. Needs: the heating unit was confusing. A sheet with an explanation would be helpful as it was very cold when we arrived. No remote for the tv. Lack of response from the property manager. I messaged several times over a few days with zero response. I finally called the owner who was super nice and apologetic. She explained the heat and issued our parking permit.

Summary: Came to Albany for under 24 hours and had to be at the convention center. Location was within walking distance of it and one of the only places I could find so close. It was super easy to access once I figured out what I was doing. Owner was kind and responsive when I needed assistance with something. Was SO thankful I could do a little laundry that I needed for the next day instead of having to go buy a new outfit. Place was quiet and I felt safe staying here solo. Thanks Linda!

Summary: We loved how close we were to the NY State Museum and Capital. Parking was challenging, and we were given the wrong code to the lock box so we had to wait for someone to let us in. But, Linda responded quickly to get us help, and once inside, the apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
