A cozy, private, modern apartment with 2 double beds, a full bathroom, living space, den/office, kitchen, and patio. Situated in the heart of Vancouver's new and family friendly UBC neighbourhood.
Where we are:
Our private apartment suite is located in the heart of UBC's prestigious Wesbrook Village (south campus) neighourhood, a upscale new residential development. We are a couple minutes walk from transit, and within walking/biking distance of UBC's extensive parklands and beach. There are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and a large grocery store in the neighbourhood.
What we offer:
The apartment is tastefully furnished with 2 double beds, flat screen tv with Netflix access, and high-speed wireless internet. Our kitchen is equipped with a full-sized fridge, microwave, stove, oven, toaster-oven, dishwasher, pots and pans, bowls and dishes, cutlery, and cooking implements. En suite washer and dryer.

Our space is suited for singles or a couple on holidays, UBC students or visiting professionals, or those attending sporting events, concerts, convocations, and other local events.

Summary: I stayed here recently when dropping off my daughter for Jump Start at UBC. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, next to a coffee shop, restaurants, banks and even a grocery store! The owners were great to work with and were flexible with the check-in/out times to work with our flights. I will be staying here again when I come to visit UBC!

Summary: We were met by our very friendly hostess who met us at the front door. The flat is on the second floor with lift access and we were shown around the apartment, the hand book also tells you all you need to know. The apartment was well appointed with everything you need, the kitchen was stocked with the essentials. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom. The balcony overlooks a lovely planted area with shrubs and trees, ideal for the early evening rest after a hard day on holiday. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment situated in a pleasant area with plenty of open space. If you don't have a car then the bus and rail service is good enough to get around with very little inconvenience, although, all shops and amenities are within easy distance.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Lucy was there to greet us and show us around the place. It is located in a lovely area, right on UBC grounds. It was convenient, with Save On Foods, Blenz coffee shop and a couple restaurants all in close proximity. You do have to drive for more variety of restaurants, but it is easy to get there and back. It is just a few minutes drive to the UBC Botanical Gardens, a beautiful area to spend the afternoon. We had a delicious meal at Biercraft restaurant. We were a bit disappointed that we had no access to basic cable, as we like to watch local news. Netflix is provided. The accommodation was a very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need provided. The bed was a bit soft for our liking, and there was only one duvet available, which was too warm for the time of year, but other than that, we loved our stay here!

Summary: We had a very pleasant stay in this quiet, comfortable and really beautiful holiday home. Lucy and Corey were very helpful and friendly and could always be contacted in case you needed their help. The surrounding area is really peaceful and it was pretty relaxing to hang out on the balcony looking into the small park. About four minutes away there's a grocery store, a restaurant and coffee houses and although it is a little outside from the city you can get there quite easily by bus (which is also taking you through Kitsilano -> Kitsilano beach). If you had had a long day this was the perfect apartment to come back to!
