Revel in the serenity of the surroundings paired with the convenience of nearby amenities. The suite's bathroom is a luxurious retreat, showcasing a double vanity, an oversized standalone tub inside the spacious rain shower area – the ultimate relaxation spot after a sun-soaked day at the beach.

The second floor boasts three bedrooms – the bunk room, adorned with four custom-built full beds (accommodating eight), shares a hallway bathroom with the second king bedroom. The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.
We accept two pets per stay, up to 50 lbs total. Pets are strictly not allowed upstairs, on furniture/beds, or in the pool, showers, or bathtubs. Pets should not be left unattended at the property for more than four hours unless crated.
Trash must be bagged, placed inside trash cans, and only taken out after 6pm on nights prior to trash collection days. Once trash is collected, trash cans must be put away in the garage. The HOA regularly fines guests in violation of trash rules. All pet waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags.
Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that you possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.
Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposes fines on guests found to be doing so.
