The space
San Tan Sunset is a single story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen, and 2 car attached garage. Ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms. Private backyard with outdoor patio table, 6 chairs, heater, bbq grill, and cornhole/beanbag game.
Quickly unpack in one of three bedrooms with plenty of closet space to organize your belongings. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bath, Smart TV, and large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Smart Tv, mirrored closet with great storage. Both queen beds have quality Simmons beautyrest mattresses. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, comfortable for kids/teens/adults with 10 inch memory foam mattresses. All bedrooms have quality microfiber linens and down alternative comforters.
The three (Living Room, Bedroom 1/Master, Bedroom 2) Smart TV's have a digital antenna for local networks and you are invited to log in to your favorite personal streaming accounts like Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus.
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with extra's like a smoothie blender and crockpot.
2 adult Bikes, 2 kid Razor scooters, basketball, and board games are also provided for your use.

Summary: Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Clean home with plenty of necessities. Enjoyed using the outdoor patio heater! Hosts were accommodating and easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Arizona!

Summary: Loved all the labels so you know what’s in the drawers, cabinets and the lights! Also the shampoo/ soap dispenser in the shower and other amenities were great. Nice towels also!

Summary: This house in San Tan Valley was perfect for our winter stay! The house was clean and well stocked with essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc and the owners even had hair dryers for our use! Plenty of linens and towels in the home and kitchen well stocked. The owners Jodi and Justin were very attentive to our needs and easy to reach when we needed them. Would definitely stay here again as the neighborhood was quiet and convenient to what we needed.

Summary: This was a very nice house, it was just the right size. It ended up just 5 mins from my grandson's home. My 4 yr old g,son thought it was neat that he had a place for his toys and to put his clothes. We came for my g,sons graduation from the police academy. San Tan was a great place to stay. I would stay here again.
