Summary: This layout and double master setup worked great for 3 adults and a child, and would be great for more. Plenty of space and we liked that the rooms were spread out and spacious. We can't wait to stay again.

Reviewer Comments: The house wasn’t so big we got lost from each other, but was just perfect for our family of six plus to friends to have fun together while also providing the space for the big girls to have fun separately. The house was quiet and the separation of the rooms was great for those of us with early bedtimes. The kitchen was so well stocked I felt like I was cooking at home. We were thankful for the bikes, we did bring our own for the smaller kids - I’d recommend - but the selection was great. And the movie, book, and game collections as well as the hot tub rounded out a perfect stay. If you’re looking for fancy and modern, this house isn’t it, but if you want to feel at home and cozy it’s the perfect choice. It isn’t centrally located, however the paths around sunriver make everything so accessible.

Summary: We had a great stay at this property. The house was clean and the rooms were large which was perfect for our toddlers and us to stay in the same room. The surrounding area is great to walk around and is very quiet.

Summary: We spent Independence Day week at Scott’s house. The house is well laid out - 3 bedrooms and bathrooms at one end and kitchen, eating area and living room on the other. The house is well stocked with cooking utensils - probably too many as it makes it hard to organize pots, pans and lids. The property sits on fairly level land which worked well with our 4 year old grandson who is just learning to ride his bike. We had 2 issues which were addressed the following day. If you use the included bikes (they are not full sized) bring some tools so you can adjust the seats. A very quiet neighborhood with a zero tolerance for fireworks - not one fire cracker was heard. We all enjoyed our stay.

Trees were changing, crisp morning, warm afternoons. Village was quiet, easy to get into restaurants. House was perfect for two couples, and pet friendly. A little far from all the parks, and SHARC, but fit our needs Patio furniture was stored away for winter, so we had a table with no top, but did find the chair cushions to bask in the afternoon sun and enjoy the outdoors. Guess not a typical fall day to reach 70 degrees!

After putting garbage in ben and turn back there is a step that don't readily see. the same problem for front porch when leaving steps blend in so can't see the step down. I fell near the garbage can but was able to avoid falling on the porch after a near miss. Just thought I should bring these to your attention. Otherwise the experience was great.

Summary: Great stay at this Sunriver house. Quiet area, clean accommodations and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great having enough bikes to accommodate everyone. My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would suggest is to look into fixing the BBQ. The two middle tubes are broken and makes it difficult to BBQ.
