Summary: So much room! We loved the beds and the couches, and the deck…. Perfect spot for our Road Race Week! Would stay again next year if they allowed pets?

Summary: Nice neighborhood, great access to Beebe Woods trails. Beds were comfortable, house has practical layout for a large family or 2 families. We were surprised that towels were not provided, nor was bathroom soap or shampoo. Kitchen was well equipped with many appliances and large fridge. The beds had not been made upon our arrival; the linens were folded and on the bed, and one bed had the wrong size linens. Checkout instructions were not clear. Before departing, we did the usual kitchen clean-up, strip beds and take out garbage, then also washed and folded the linens, and ran dishwasher, dried and put away all dishes. Seemed like a lot to expect of us renters. But we didn't want to get dinged for not following all checkout directions.

Summary: Lovely quiet neighborhood within minutes of Falmouth Center, Wood’s Hole, beaches, bike trail, the ferries, concerts and movies on the town green and lots of trails for walking. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for meal prep and relaxing with Netflix with the family.

Summary: My family and I had a great experience. The house had plenty of space for all the kids! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a place on the Cape, close to beaches and shopping.

Summary: We had an amazing trip! The house is big, spacious, and very clean! It was great for our party of seven and we could have easily had more and still have space to breath. Beautiful wooded area, very close drive to beach and downtown restaurants! The kitchen was very well stocked! The game closet and the local brochures helped keep us entertained in the evenings after a full busy day out and about. Only downfall was that we did not realize we needed our own towels and the rear left burner on the stovetop didn't work. Both easily remedied. We will be looking forward to coming back again.
