6 Bedroom Villa in Olocau

This is a private two floored villa located on an urbanisation. The upstairs consists of one single bedroom, one twin bedroom, family/games room (with 48” TV, dedicated Freeview package, Xbox c/w games and Surround sound home cinema system) and a half bath with shower, sink and toilet. The downstairs consists of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one single bedroom and a family bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, bidet and a double sink. The lounge and kitchen area is open plan and are both fully equipped for your stay. The kitchen has all new appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, oven, hob and fridge/freezer. In the lounge there is a 32” TV with dedicated Freeview package.
The outside area is very large with plants and palm trees along with an undercover stone seating and a table area, situated in the center of the garden. To the side of the pool is a small grass area with a stone table and chairs and a child's swing. To the rear of the property there is an orchard where you can pick your own limes and lemons.
There is a terrace at the front of the villa with a wraparound balcony overlooking the private pool and following the astroturf tennis court area with steps around the back of the villa to the BBQ area.
The pool is "L" shaped with a slide and two sets of steps for easy access.
Situated behind the villa is a built-in BBQ area with a covered seating area that overlooks the private tennis court.
Next to the BBQ area is an annex building ‘La Cabana’, the primary function of La Cabana is a laundry room c/w washing machine, clothes horse, iron and iron board, you will also find inside La Cabana all BBQ/Paella cooking equipment you'll need.
This villa is suitable for Spring, Summer and Autumn rentals, also suitable for Winter hiking in the readily accessible 'Serra Calderona Nature Reserve'.
Additional Information: To make your stay more comfortable or if you have a special occasion to celebrate, we can offer the following, if requested and booked, prior to your stay. Welcome pack shopping list, flowers, cake, body massage, hair dresser and taxi service. Please note that with regards to the massage and hair appointments, and any celebration cake, it is advised to book at the time of confirmation of your holiday, to save any disappointment. We can also decorate the villa for any surprise celebrations should you require. This must be booked in advance, prior to your stay.
Local Information: The town of "Olocau" is a beautiful and scenic little town only 5 minutes drive from the villa with lovely restaurants with traditional Spanish bars.
San Vicent Park (Porta De L'Aigua): The local 'San Vicente Park' is 7 minutes distance from the villa, by car, where there are BBQ and Picnic areas and a lake with fish and ducks surrounded by pine trees. There is also a restaurant where a three course meal with a drink can be purchased for around 8.50Euro.

Summary: We are a French/ Dutch family with 2 teenagers who stayed at this wonderful house in Olocau for 3 weeks in July/August. The house is extremely comfortable, spacious, quiet, well furnished and fully equipped. The large pool, tennis court and the outdoor terrace are a real plus. It offers plenty of toys for young and old varying from bikes, lilo’s, boxing bag, game room stacked with play station and dvd’s. The house is well located in a quiet area, surrounded with bicycle/jogging paths and easy accessible to Valencia. Lisa and Tigger are very charming and are there when needed. In all we had a very relaxing and zen holiday and would definitely recommend this house to anyone who appreciates Spain in style. Special thank you to Lisa. Hasta que nos volvamos a ver.

Summary: Even though it was winter, we were lucky that the wheather was beautiful and we've been openly welcomed by Lisa. The house was very clean and complete. A lot of space and you have everything you need for a beautiful holiday with your family. Everything you need in the kitchen is there, expect the presence of a dishwasher. My kids (variety of age) had a lot of fun. Even though we didn't use the pool because it was cold, the pool was full and clean, it looked beautiful. Enough shops and restaurants around, not too far away from the villa. The villa is placed in the middle of an incredibly beautiful nature, very peaceful. Lisa is a lovely lady, very friendly and helpfull. We had a lot of fun playing tennis, too. There is basically something for everyone, young and older. Summary: A wonderful house. We had an amazing stay , surrounded by nature. A lot of activities in the neighborhood that can be done. The villa was complete, we enjoyed playing tennis whenever we wanted. Lisa is an incredibly friendly woman, very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay here as a family, thank you Lisa.

Summary: A superb villa for the family. We had great hosts, both Lisa and Tigger were very helpful, we felt welcome and at home. The property is incredible. The pool was great, it is deep at both ends but very clean and well kept. We played plenty of tennis, thanks to neighbours for sending our balls back. The bikes were very useful for a little ride into Olocau or to Marines for some bread and cakes. We stayed for 2 weeks and we felt rejuvenated. The surrounding area, villages are worth a visit. The Tapas is really good fun, you do need to revise your Spanish though. Nothing is too far away, very nice beaches and good shopping. The City of Valencia is amazing and well worth a visit. A very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.. Nine very happy bronzed bodies. :-)

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa with the family. A real escape from city life in the hills. The pool is beautiful and clean and is raised up high, so there is a nice breeze on hot days. There is a lovely bbq area where we relaxed at night in the peacefulness of the hills. We were able to cycle into Lliria and around the local park. Olocau is about a 15 min walk and we were able to get bread,milk and water there. We travelled to Valencia and toured the science park and caught pokemon...even managed to find pikachu :) All in all a relaxed time had by all. We will be back !

Summary: Loved our stay here! One of the most relaxing tranquil times ever! Lazy days floating in the pool, long relaxing evenings enjoying the BBQ area to the rear. The kids particularly enjoyed making the games room their ‘den’. When we did exert ourselves the cycling and hiking in the area was stunning! Tigger and Lisa are an invaluable help on everything you need to know, whether it’s about the house or amenities available. Using the car we had access to everything we required, most noticeably Carrefour in La Eliana (15 mins) and Valencia City itself (30 mins). Will be back again for sure!
