Summary: Very clean and cozy! Very comfortable beds and nice bedding! It was really nice to have a living area and a kitchen and for us all to have our own bedroom! Every room had its own chest of drawers and a full-size mirror on the back of the door, which was helpful in getting ready. We found the location to be convenient! The air-conditioning was great and each room had its own unit which allowed for different temperature preferences! One of the rooms was a little bright at night due to a light out in the courtyard so I would bring a sleep mask! There were coverings on all the windows, but not blackout coverings. Would book again!

Summary: Great location with restaurants and subway stops within a couple of blocks. Felt very safe. Was only about a 15 minute walk to Union Square. Communication with the property was great. Beds were comfortable.

Summary: Really good location & access to public transit. Great place to stay with a large group - It was clean, kitchen & living room were great, and came in handy once we put kids down. Not great outdoor space, but that’s okay because we spent most our time visiting the city. Host communicated well, checkin / checkout was easy.

Summary: This is a dream VRBO for NYC! The apartment is exactly as pictured. The location was absolutely amazing with restaurants and stores all around and easy to get to the subway, as well as walking to cool stuff. I was impressed how quiet it is at night since the apartment is off a courtyard, set back from the street. The shower was amazingly good - great water pressure and loads of hot water. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The communication with the landlord was really top notch. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Summary: Great location, safe, easy access. Apartment was very clean, linens smelled great! Beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well stocked. We pretty much slept and showered the time we were there. Bathroom is small, but the four of us did just fine. I would stay here again.
