Positive: Everything about this property was great - especially for those travelling with elderly parents who can’t do stairs - Ensuite downstairs. Easy access, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Additional toilet paper, extra kitchen utensils and supplies. Very accomodating!
Negative: Just needs more chairs in the lounge if more than 3 people, bed frames and floor boards upstairs all creaked and perhaps curtains and new window latches. Would still recommend though :)
Summary: Perfect stay for family of 4.

Positive: We arrived in the dark and struggled to find the lock box and green door which in the dark appeared to be a black door. There was no external light to help but our taxi driver stayed and helped light the area. A motion detecting light is an essential for the owners to install. Returning of an evening in darkness was also onerous.
Negative: NO local TV - the owners need to fit the TV with an antennae for local free to air TV watching as only digital apps were available. Lounge was uncomfortable and not very clean. A two seater lounge and one lounge chair was minimal for a multi person stay. The bench seat at the dining table was wobbly and potentially unsafe. Lounge rug was dirty and needs a really good clean or replacement. There was no laundry powder for the washing machine which we needed to use during our ten day stay
Summary: Would be happy to stay again, the things we didn't like would not stop us from staying again.

Positive: The property is a (relatively) convenient, newish, very clean, tidy and useable 3-bdrm, 3-bthrm house located in Greenlane, Auckland which we (4 adults) rented for 8 days in mid-April 2025. The property included enclosed garage and outside parking. It was excellently presented and had every facility one might want and then some. It is managed by Zodiac Management Limited who responded quickly to any questions. There is an additional bond imposed by Zodiac but this was quickly refunded after we left this property in the same state as found. This rates as one of the best properties we have ever occupied, and in the past 35 years we have stayed in similar in many many different countries. Highly recommended.
Negative: There was some minor damage prior to moving in which we recorded and noted to the management company (Zodiac) who responded quickly. This damage did not affect our stay and our bond was refunded on vacating the premises.
Summary: Very comfortable and trouble-free

Positive: I had a problem finding the code in the email when I arrived at property later than expected at 7pm. I rang the number and was grateful someone answered and gave me the code to enter the property. We have stayed here before and loved it so we knew the facilities well. Great garage where we stored some of our equipment until needed,. Washing machine and dryer handy. Used kitchen and outside for team meetings. Our work was was just 10 minutes drive at Potters Park, Balmoral. Plenty of hot water for showers after a day's work. 3 adults in our crew.
Negative: No problems here.
Summary: Comfortable stay in quiet neighbourhood with onsite parking for two vehicles.

Positive: The location was great, the layout of the house worked really well. The garage parking was a real bonus.
Negative: Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Had to clean the oven trays before we could use them. The kitchen floor was very sticky, the bathrooms floors were very dusty. The lounge rug was stained, as was the otterman. The bins in the garage were both full so difficult to put our rubbish bags into on departure. Suggested they employ cleaners with better eyesight.....

Positive: The feeling of space was great, I especially appreciated the bedrooms were split between upstairs and downstairs allowing for extra privacy. Location was perfect with easy access to motorways and having Cornwall Park nearby for relaxing walks. Highly recommend.
Negative: There were only 2 coffee cups although there were plenty of cups with saucers. Better instruction on where to find garage remotes and other helpful tips.
Summary: It was exactly as advertised and made for a very comfortable satisfying stay.

Positive: Spacious, and provided everything we needed in terms of kitchen utilities and utensils as well as bathroom amenities.
Negative: There was a lot of dust and cat fur around the house kicking in our allergies.
