At Monte Pico, the owners live in the upper area of the villa and have left the apartment at the ground floor, with separate entrance, for the exclusive use of their guests. The apartment, opening to the front yard of the house, is airy, spacious and comfortably furnished with some art Deco pieces. The floors are covered with timber parquetry and walls are decorated in warm cream tones; ample external spaces are at disposal of guests for barbecues, picnics and outdoor dining. The free shape swimming pool is situated at the top level of the property and is shared with owners (time sharing can be arranged).
The entrance of the apartment is into a spacious open plan room, with the sitting area arranged by the large fireplace and the dining area in the opposite corner.
The kitchen, with breakfast table, is separated by a low partition
In this area is also a bathroom with an ample shower recess and laundry facilities.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Ennio and Grazia’s appartment which forms the lower ground floor of their beautiful hillside home. The appartment is spacious and well equipped and is set within lovely gardens with plenty of space to eat and relax in private whilst enjoying the view over Lake Garda. The pool also affords great views and is a relaxing place to spend a day in the sun. The owners were very welcoming too and were very much enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Check in was very easy ,owners were lovely and very welcoming. The apartment was very spacious,outside the garden has a spectacular view of the lake and a huge pool and a bbq . Wine tasting is available down the road a short walk,well worth it . If we are back in this region again I would go back.

Summary: Once again we had a wonderfull week at this gem of a house. Perfect for our familie. The host was as always kind and welcomming. The house is clean, spacius and has everything we need. The garden and pool are just amazing. Hopefully not our last stay here🙏🏻

Summary: Our holiday was a success through and through. This was also due to the beautiful place of Lonato, but especially to the wonderful accommodation of Grazia and Ennio and their friendliness. The property is very large. Olive trees, peach trees, laurel, thyme, rosemary, lavender bushes and much more can be found here. The pictures almost do not do justice to this beautiful place. The view of Lake Garda is fantastic. As the property is fenced, our dog could enjoy the garden as well. The pool is very large, very clean and meticulously cleaned every day by Ennio. Although they like to use the pool themselves twice a day for a short time, this was always very uncomplicated. The house is divided into two large flats, giving everyone their own living and garden area, peace and quiet. In addition, the flat is also very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The owners are very friendly, relaxed and lovely and even gave us some cucumbers from their own garden. We can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly come back ourselves.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Monte Pico! It is a great place with a beautiful garden and an extremely large and clean saltwater pool. The view from the hilltop down to the Garda lake is spectacular. The owners were really nice and helpful. They even provided us with vegetables from their own garden. We can highly recommend this place to everyone!

Summary: Our family (me, my husband and our two sons (aged 14 and 17) had a wonderful fortnight's holiday here (despite the pandemic!). The views from the house are spectacular, the apartment is spacious and airy (cool even in hot temperatures) and includes everything you need, We loved the pool (which is larger than the photos imply) and the house is only a short drive from shops and various lakeside towns. Thank you Grazia for making us so welcome.

Summary: The owners - Grazia and Enzo could not be more welcoming or helpful - really made us feel at home, The property itself is even more stunning in real life - the view over Lake Garda and the mountains is amazing. The swimming pool is the best we have ever had - much larger in real life then it looks in the pictures and is impeccably clean. Property is well located - just 5 minutes drive to Lonato and its facilities (including supermarket) and about 10 minutes drive from Desenzano. We absolutely loved our stay here and would do so again if holidaying here in the future.
