Enjoy the simple life in our basement apartment with a private entrance, just 30 minutes from Crater Lake. Enjoy mountain and wetland views while you're grilling on the shared upper deck. This is a great space for the whole family. Pets are also welcome (and encouraged!). We also have a fenced yard for your pets to play in!
Our proximity to hunting, fishing, hiking, winter activities, bird watching, and more makes for a great location for all outdoor enthusiasts!
You will have access to the entire basement apartment. My husband and I live in the top 2 levels with our dogs. Your entrance to the basement is private and separate from our entrance.
The main living room area is a large area that includes a full bed and a twin bed on one side, dining table in the middle, and a living room set up on the other side complete with a comfy sectional, ottoman, and TV with Roku to login to your personal accounts.
In the hall you will find a full bath with shower. Down the hall is a primary bedroom with a queen bed as well as the laundry room. The laundry room also includes a kitchenette with large air fryer toaster oven (can fit a 15” pizza), coffee maker, electric kettle, hot plate, and all dishes/utensils.
Outside there is a large fenced yard for your dogs to enjoy, a shared upper deck with mountain and wetland views and a grill you are welcome to use. The upper deck and grill are shared with us as well as other guests.
Shared Areas:
• Deck for grilling with mountain and lake views. You are welcome to use the grill and the deck area at anytime. Please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure our dogs are not bothering you.
• Fenced yard – your dogs are welcome in the fenced yard but we ask that they not be in the yard at the same time our dogs are outside. If our dogs are outside and you’d like to use the yard, please just let us know and we will happily bring ours in.

Summary: This was my first VRBO rental and could not be more pleased. With my wife and three children there was plenty of room. This was the second leg of our trip and it was VERY awesome to be able to do laundry!!!!! The hosts, Heather and Dan were also very friendly and responsive.

Summary: The location of the property was great for visiting Crater Lake. Property was clean, quiet and beds very comfortable. We all enjoyed the stay. I am not a microwave fan so used the side burner of the grill on the deck and it took longer to cook due to the wind. Other than that, Heather promptly answered all the questions and provided everything we needed. The snacks and water provided was very thoughtful, I would highly recommend the place.

Summary: This was a wonderful place to stay. It is in the country with beautiful views of the marsh and mountains and a short 30 mins or less from Crater Lake Lodge. It was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to do laundry after several nights in a hotel. The owners were very attentive to any needs we had.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here! It was close to Crater Lake National Park south entrance, which is why we were in the area. The place was clean, and comfortable. It is also pet friendly. The property manager was very accommodating and quick to respond for us to use their fenced in backyard for our pup to run around! I would definitely recommend staying at this property if you are looking for a place in the area!

Summary: Such a home away from home. The hosts know what they’re doing and have thought of everything. We spent 3 days hiking at Crater Lake and came back to the property late each night, including the first night, and it was easy to find and check in to; we’ll-lot and simple to find, right off the Hwy. They have you well taken care of and it was plenty of space for 2 people!
