Awesome 85" quantum led tv, perfect to watch movies or play videogames. Xbox console, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney + and premium channel package included (all channels available except Cinemax), sports package also included.

Summary: My family shared a beautiful week, swimming in the gorgeous pool and grilling each night. We had every amenity we could want and we’re very comfortable in the newly renovated bedrooms and bathrooms. A truly lovely space to host family and take advantage of the fabulous pool. The caretaker was very responsive with any questions and we felt we had complete privacy and quiet in the yard. We hope to come back again next year!

Summary: We just came back from a wonderful week at this property. The house was immaculate. The hosts thought of every detail from the pool towels, pool toys, well equipped kitchen , use of beach umbrella, sound system, etc. The pool area was so much fun and relaxing. The furnishings were comforatable, stylish and welcoming. We felt like we were in a hotel/spa. The neighborhood was very quiet and was quite close to Westhampton as well as East Quogue. We went to the beach at Tiana Bay in East Quogue and Rogers Beach in Westhampton and took day trips to Southampton and Easthampton. The hosts were very gracious and communicative. Each of the members of the three generations had a great time and want to go back.

Summary: The house has been renovated and almost everything feels very new and clean. The space was immaculate when we arrived. The real star is the beautiful backyard with saltwater pool and deck with nice clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen is very well equipped for a rental and there is a new outdoor grill. The master bathroom was quite luxurious. There were a few things that didn't work exactly right when we first arrived and the caretaker was extremely diligent. We got it all sorted with no problems. The location is close enough to beach and town but feels private and you really don't have to leave if you just want to hang out by the pool, grill, chill and listen to the Sonos. We will rent again if we can work out dates!
