Positive: Extremely clean. Feels like living in Japan. The facility provided in the shared area (the living room and the kitchen) were adequate and labels were also helpful and easy to understand. The bus stops on both directions at the street in front of the location are practical, and walking to the nearest train station is also a good option when travelling to anywhere in the city.
Negative: The room only comes with a small heater, and the effectiveness of heating is pretty concerned. This could be a serious problem during the coldest months. In other words, if I rented this room for a June or July trip and only came with such a small heater, the overall rating for this stay would be impacted. The parking space in front of the house may not be enough for all guests as only 2 cars shall be accommodated there.
Summary: Very clean and tidy room.

Negative: Was staying in a double room for 2 people and only received one towel. Could not find anymore. Besides from this a nice stay.

Positive: Convenient location and good communication from the host.
Negative: Advertised check in time was 12:00 but I was informed on the day that it would be 2:00, then 4:00. This was very disruptive as a needed to attend an online meeting at 1:00. The room was located between the laundry and the house bathroom. Other guests were washing and showering in the middle of the night. Noisy plumbing made it impossible to sleep while this was happening. No bath mat, hand towel, face washer; just one not so fresh towel.
Summary: Disappointing, not suitable for work travel.
