4 Bedroom House in Branford

We have two houses on the property. You are currently looking at 3,600 sq ft main house. The 400 sq ft full apartment studio is available to add to your rental of the main house (See Vrbo # 1989794) . Please contact for additional details, as an additional rate of $300 per night will apply if you are interested in adding. Additional studio will be vacant if you rent the main house. You will not be sharing the property.
Home has heated pool, hot tub, Infrared sauna and private beach in back. Water in front and behind the home, outdoor shower, kayaks, paddle boards, mooring in front of home, dock behind the home, fire pits and outdoor games available to you (all included).
Every window in front and back side of the home has amazing water views.
UPSTAIRS (2nd floor) Master bedroom suite has a king size Tempur-pedic bed with its own private bathroom and fireplace within the room.
Two additional bedrooms upstairs with another full bathroom. These two bedrooms have Queen size beds in each of them with very comfortable new Bio Posture mattresses. Upstairs also has its own large living room / game room area with television and amazing ocean views. There is a fireplace in this upstairs living room area as well.
Downstairs has a separate wing with another bedroom that has a day bed that can turn into a queen size bed with its own full bathroom and living room area that has a sofa that turns into a sofa bed if needed ("in-law apartment without a kitchen").
Downstairs there is also another large main living room area with fireplace and open floor plan kitchen. Huge fireplace and amazing full unobstructed view of the ocean.
Home has a total of...
4 bedrooms- in-law living room area has a sofa bed that can turn into possibly another bedroom if needed and you have the option of adding the additional full apartment studio if you are wanting even more bedrooms and space) Can turn into a total of 6 rooms for sleeping.
3 full bathrooms 1 half bathroom and an outdoor enclosed hot water shower- if you want to add the studio, that has its own full bathroom as well. Adding the additional free standing full studio apartment is an additional fee.

Summary: Sound view with all the water activities to go along with it. Private beach access to launch a kayak or paddle board. Pool or hot tub for relaxing and fun for all. House was immaculate with a great deal of thought going into the accommodations to meet every need. Amazing hosts and experience overall.

Summary: What a special place! We normally travel far and wide this time of year, but circumstances were such that we stayed closer to home and enjoyed a place to where we could bring our boat and have some friends easily come and go. The location can’t be beat! Gorgeous views in front and in back, so there is always a spectacular setting in which to perch or play in this home. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly…everyone waves and says hello. The home is well appointed with every element that you could need, even down to the kitchen knives being sharpened. Adam is a superb host, and is proactive in his communication to ensure that everything is to our liking. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Property, location, amenities and host attentiveness were superlative. They thought of everything down to the last detail making it feel a bit like a resort. Wish we had rented for 2 weeks!

Summary: Host was very helpful before during and after. He helped with finding a dock for our boat. He and his wife also gave great advice about where to go to enjoy Branford and the surrounding area.

Summary: I was a little hesitant to book this house because it did not have many reviews, but I am glad I did! One of the best homes we have ever rented. The entire home is beautifully decorated and so clean. Outside, there is a small pool that our kids loved, a hot tub, and play structure; easy access to the beach was a plus. The homeowners were super helpful before check in and while we were there, recommending restaurants and activities that were perfect for our family. They really went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We would definitely return.

Summary: I can't say enough good things about our vacation. The house was immaculate and the check-in process easy. The house was also very well stocked with drinks and food, which made things so much easier upon our arrival. We all loved the pool, and the hot tub and fire pits were a great way to end the day. There were also many inside and outside games and pool toys, so no one got bored. The towel animals were a great touch in the bedroom/bathrooms. The location was fantastic - we were able to keep our kayaks on the beach, while looking out on the water with great views. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: This bright, beautiful and spacious home - located in a serene, scenic stretch of the Connecticut coast - was immaculate (squeaky clean from top to bottom, inside and out), even more beautiful than pictured (water views from virtually every window), and had every amenity you could possibly want. Private beach with wood burning firepit (and plenty of firewood - plus the makings for s'mores, one of many extremely thoughtful gifts from the homeowners), plenty of other outdoor seating options (two gas firepits), natural gas grill, hot tub, heated pool, yard games, board games, ping pong table, kayaks, paddleboards, indoor and outdoor speakers, weight room ... everything you could possibly want or need for an amazing vacation in a lovely, tranquil setting.

Summary: This is an extraordinary property! Not only does it have breathtaking views from most of the rooms in the house and easy access to the water for dipping and boating, its additional amenities are abundant Including a small kid friendly pool, a wonderful hot tub, an ample supply of kayaks and paddleboards, backyard games, both gas and Wood fire pits, a ping pong table and a play structure. As if this wasn’t enough, the host left generous amounts of welcome gifts and was responsive and prompt with any request or questions we had. This was a magical place for a multi generational gathering. In a really beyond lovely house
