Summary: Staying at the house was nice! Had issue getting in because the code changed when they changed PM company. House was clean except for the some dishes. Had to clean several to use. The bbq grill did not work properly and needs to be removed. House had maintenance issues to include having a large pot underneath kitchen sink to catch water from leaking drain pipes. Was awesome being able to go out the back door and go straight to the water to fish! Exactly what I wanted! Fyi, for those fishing off the bank, it’s very rocky.

Summary: This is the nicest place we have found in Disney that allows you to ride straight to the trails. So much space in this house. The house is clean. The beds are comfortable. We go down with 10-12 guys ever year and feel like the house isnt even close to full. The view of the lake is picture perfect.
