great attention paid to all the small details that make a house charming and comfortable for your vacation. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. All furniture, appliances and amenities are brand new and ready for you to enjoy, including a wireless Sonos sound system in the living room, deck, and master bedroom and wifi. The upstairs 3 bedroom also has a sitting area in addition to a queen bed to give you that extra privacy and space. Watch the sunrise and the colors of the ocean change with the tide from your own 660 square foot beach front deck complete with an outdoor sitting area, chaise lounges, and dining space to accommodate up to 6 guests. NO CHILDREN UNDER 6 please. The house is a Key West style beach cottage built on pilings and sitting 10 feet above the ground to maximize the views from all bedrooms, living room and deck. Enjoy birds, sealife, and a 2.5 mile pink sand powdery beach that starts right at the end of the deck. With nothing but sea oats and palm trees to enhance your unobstructed view and access to the serene and private beach. You won’t find a better view or better living than this. About Spanish Wells The Beach House sits on a beautiful white sandy beach with shallow colorful water that is protected by a reef. The summer water temperatures can reach into the high 80's with a light sea breeze. The winter offers low humidity and the water and air temperature can be in the upper 70's with stronger north winds. The private beach location is a short walk to shopping and dining. Spanish Wells is a unique place with a rich history dating back to the 1600's with ties to England. Lobster fishing is the main industry. >It is peaceful place to get away from city life and enjoy island living. A local fast ferry stops each day with connections to Harbour Island and Nassau. Golfcarts and watercraft are available for rent. Fishing trips can be arranged. Getting there is easy with daily air service to North Eleuthera (ELH) from Fort Lauderdale, North Carolina, Atlanta, or Miami airports. The airport is serviced by silver airways- from FLL, American Airlines from Miami, and Delta from Atlanta-with 19 and 30 passenger aircraft. A cab cost about $20 to get from the airport to the island, including the cost of the water taxi.. The water taxi will bring you to St. Georges Cay ( spanish wells-)where the Beach House is located and the community is called Spanish Wells.

Summary: Our second visit to this truly amazing place! The views from the kitchen and living area, not to mention on the deck, are one of a kind! Waking up each day to the beautiful water views was incredible and the house is stocked with everything you could want. We also loved having kayaks and paddleboards right there! The caretakers and host are great and we’ve already booked for next year! Thank you to the Underwood’s and the whole community of SW for another incredible experience.

Summary: This house is wonderful! The huge deck facing the beach has the best unobsured view of the ocean. Its half covered half in the sun and has fantastic selection of seating..i did some water color paintings at the table. What an inspiration! 2 downstairs bedrooms and a large lofted bedroom was perfect for our party. The large open kitchen/living space worked perfect..the house has lots of games, puzzles, water toys to use. We left puzzles too. With a closet full of beach towels, dont need to waste your suitcase space..one thing to note: The island seems to turn the water off overnight..so there is a drinking water dispenser. John and Nancy very helpful arranging taxi and ferry to and from the airport. This is a great place to relax. April 2025 Seattle Washington.

Summary: Everything about this vacation was fantastic. Starting with the communication with the owner and with the caretakers, all of whom were very helpful. We were a group of three friends and all have travelled extensively but first visit to Bahamas. We were interested in relaxation and post holiday stress relief and we somehow had found the perfect location. The house is open and airy with a great deck overlooking the beach and water. The white sand beach was perfect for strolls at any time. Spanish Wells is a low key place and not very large. We rented a golf cart to get to the restaurants and shops on the island and also took advantage of the water toys at the house including the kayaks. It was all very low key and we were all very refreshed when heading home. I'm at a point in life where I like to visit new places but definitely plan to return here next year.

Summary: The house was great however the water to Spanish Wells seems to cut off almost every other day making showers and washing dishes and clothes an issue. The property had a reserve water supply however the pump to pump the water up to the house appears to be broken for some time. Communication with the property manager was difficult at times. Overall our stay was great, Spanish Wells is a paradise!!

Summary: This was our second time staying at Kiss a Fish. The view and beach access from the property cannot be beat. We had a few minor issues that were remedied very quickly. We cannot wait for our next visit to Spanish Wells and Kiss a Fish!

Summary: We had the most amazing week at Kiss A Fish. This was all of our first trip to Spanish Wells and we will be back! Johnny and his wife were so nice and helped us find a lost backpack that was left on the boat ride over that included some very important items for our trip. The weather was perfect. The beach was incredible. And the people of Spanish Wells were so special. We even attended church with one of the locals and loved the experience! Kiss A Fish had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay and we cannot wait until our next visit!

Summary: We absolutely loved this place. It was clean, roomy and had amazing views. Johnny, the caretaker, was great. From arranging pick up from the airport, to the ferry over and renting the golf cart, he and his wife could not have been nicer. Any issue or question you have, he takes care of. The only thing that would have made it better, was some sort of beach canopy. There is no shade on the beach and it gets hot, fast. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Spanish Wells.
