Summary: My wife and I have stayed places where the photos make it look much better than it actually was. The photos for this place didn’t do it justice. It was awesome! Will definitely return.

Summary: Very clean and well equipped. We truly enjoyed oyr stay, fishing, cooking, napping, having fires. It was amazing! Was so happy to meet david and chat! Hope to make it back to the area.

Summary: This was a great place to get away and have peace and quiet and just rest. The lake was gorgeous!! Kayaking was so much fun! Being able to have a fire in the fire pit was great! The weather was perfect for being outside, but if the weather isn't good, there numerous other activities to do inside, tv, books, to read, puzzles, games, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and coloring for the young kids.

Summary: It was raining the first couple of days, but house was stacked of fun activities to pass the time and unwind. The last day was sunshine and the area was beautiful and begged to explore. We crammed 3 days of adventuring Cheaha mountains into one. Mother Nature gave us rain, but supplied beautiful waterfalls!

Summary: Was a wonderful house apon a lake. Make sure you have a good off roading vehicle if you go here. Many of the local people are more to themselves rather then others. Make sure you research trails before you walk them not a lot of repairs on trail heads it seems for devils falls.

Summary: This property is just far enough away from it all, but yet close enough to whatever you may need. We stayed for just three short nights, and by the last day we were wishing we'd booked out an entire week! The lake and nearby waterfall spots are beautiful, and short hikes to get there. The time spent at this hidden gem was well worth it. Perfectly stocked kitchen area, very accommodating owners, wonderful wildlife encounters, and all the relaxation you could dream of! David and his wife Jill definitely did a great job with this one, really went over and above for us!
