Summary: Don't expect anything fancy from the cabin, but it's very clean. Host caring and helpful. Short way to beautiful river. Little bit of mess behind the cabin, but we didn't care. One and only thing that should be at the description: it's not alone cabin. There are lot of campers close to it. We liked it 👍

Summary: Upon arrival we realized we had no hot water. Called the owner and was told to take a nail and insist it into a breaker box that controlled hot water. Owner came with 2 nails and demonstrated how to do it. About 4 hours later, no hot water again. Tried doing exactly what he showed us only for the the breaker box to spark like a huge firework in the bathroom. Power was immediately lost. Owner ends up doing something with the breaker that took almost 2 hours. Trying to make things right he told us he would refund us $200. Called VRBO around 1am and was told we could leave and go to a hotel but it had to cost less than the nightly cabin rate. Then I would have to file paperwork and maybe they would refund the cost to relocate for the night. The call agent repeaditly informed this could take up to 6 months, and that there is no guarantee of any part of a refund even though the breaker box had almost exploded and left my husband, mother in law, and children in the dark. I have still not received any contact from the owner or VRBO for any type of refund!!!!

Summary: A beautiful private cabin. The property is well managed and well cared for. The previous reviews state that there is lots of construction & metal pipes but we didn't see any what so ever. The cabin was clean & the owner was very friendly. He was also clear with instructions. Highly recommended! I definitely consider coming back! Make sure to bring your fishing gear if you want to catch jumbo fish & also make sure to star watch at night, such a beautiful view.

Summary: There was a large trash pile of pipes, antennas and propane cylinders within 10 feet of cabin. Was not shown in images on website. Water pressure was so low that it was difficult to rinse off soap in shower. Cabin was clean.
