Enjoy a relaxing stay in a sunny, beautiful, spacious house just 5 minutes (by car) from the beach. The yard is 1.5 acres with a large in ground pool and tons of space to play games or sunbath. The house has 3 bedrooms - 1 master bedroom with a queen sized bed and couch, 1 room with a queen sized bed with a door to the backyard, , 1 room with 2 single beds. also 1 small alcove with a double bed that has no air conditioning.
There is a small study, a large living room with 2 couches and a TV, a dining room with a table that seats 10 people and a full kitchen. There are 3 bathrooms, Full basement with washer and dryer. BBQ. Dryer can take a while when loaded with towels. Can be Pet Friendly. Check in is at 3pm - Check out is at noon (the timing is flexible - must be discussed with the owner ahead of time.)

Summary: This was our first trip to the Hamptons and we are so happy we selected this property. The house was the right size for us and the pool was perfect for the kids. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. You're close enough to the Hampton Bays and many beaches. The property owners, Allison and Elyse, are amazing and offered us so many options for activities and different attractions in the area. They were always available when we reached out with questions and made us feel so welcomed in their home. I can't say enough good things about them.

Summary: This house is exactly what we needed. There is enough space for two couples and two children to have their own rooms. The house has everything you would need. Beautiful yard. Really nice pool. Great for a dog.

Summary: Really love Elyse's house. Perfect size for a small family or a romantic couple getaway. Two days during our stay was raining so we couldn't really have any outdoors activities at all, and typically this is a huge bummer in the Hamptons, but the set up in the living room is so welcoming and lovely, with all Elyse's coffee table book and music collection, lounging on the couch on a rainy day is no less relaxing than tanning in the sun. Backyard is wonderful, lush grass and beautiful in - ground pool. Elyse was super attentive during our stay as well. Will definitely go back.

Summary: We stayed at Elyse's house for a girls weekend and had a great time! Elyse was wonderful and responded to emails with answers to questions in a timely manner. The house was beautiful and had a nice private backyard. We loved the pool and didn't even make it to the beach because the pool and backyard were so amazing! We are already talking about our next vacation there!
