Our Kennedy Cottage includes a king size bed, private bath, and gas fireplace . It has a kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, and fridge and direct access to the hot tub and pool. Bath Robes, Beekman Bath Amenities, new bedding, Magnavox Roku TV, and upgraded WIFI included. Guest lounge on the second floor where you will have access to a daily continental breakfast, coffee 24/7, Board Games, and glassware.
Our rooms include private bath, king or queen bed, self-serve continental breakfast, and terry robes.

Summary: Sweet cozy cottage with an amazing host!! The property owners were more than accommodating and very sweet! The hot tub was huge- great for relaxing. On the day of checkout the husband and wife team made a spectacular home cooked breakfast and were so nice. I would absolutely recommend this property and I will definitely be going back!

Summary: Will absolutely book again! Perfect location in proximity to both downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort. The personal touches in the suite made it an even nicer stay! Hot tub worked great, and we have already discussed booking in the summer to check out the pool!

Summary: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for a short get away for my husbands birthday, Deborah and John even left champagne, cupcakes and a card for him! The property was very enjoyable and relaxing. Deborah and John were very hospitable and were available if we needed anything. We cannot wait to go back again!

Summary: This cottage is cute, cozy, and clean. Perfect for a couple to get away skiing for a few nights. Close to Holiday Valley and Holimont, and all of the restaurants and shops in EVL. The hot tub sits right outside the cottage, and was much appreciated. Deborah and JY are lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome! We hope to return either later this season, or next year!

Summary: Had a great weekend in the cottage. It is isolated from the main building which is nice, and was very clean and had many amenities. Hot tub was great. Location is also very convenient. About 5 min drive from holiday valley and we even walked to downtown and only took about 15 minutes.
