Summary: Beautiful house surrounded by nature.. With a county park we spent a lot of time at. Wonderful trees, tortoises, sting rays , crabs. Not a far drive to Honeymoon Island, Dunedin, and Clearwater. We will be back . Marti and Marty

Summary: Tha small house is located on a fairly big lot which is nice. The down side is that one end of the property is a busy street and the other end, although you can see the gulf through the trees, you're not allowed to go there because there is a house at that end of the property. The house is quaint and very basic. A small 3/4 bathroom is all that the four had. We made it work and it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. The ceiling fan didn't work in one of the bedrooms but again, not too much of an inconvenience. I would recommend staying here if you're not out to impress anyone and just need a place to call home for a few days. The deck was sufficient but basic and the lawn needed some attention. I would rate this place a 5 or 6 out of ten. Not a disappointment but nothing to write home about either.

Summary: We loved this little cottage so much. I never wanted to leave. It was me, my husband and our teenager. It has a huge, totally private yard which we thought would have been great when the kids were younger...lots of room to run and play after a long day at the beach. We enjoyed long quiet mornings on the deck before heading out for the day's adventure. As for adventures - Honeymoon Island is a short drive away and breathtaking. Great trip! Also - Vivian was amazing in offering all sorts of suggestions to my questions of where to eat, best beaches, where to see the sunset, etc. By the end of the stay I felt like she was a friend.

Summary: Vivian was great with communication. Had an issue with the smaller spectic and she was able to take care of it immediately. Place was very clean. The area was nice not close to any beach but in-between many of them so you can try a couple out. Driveway is a little tough to see but once you find it you will remember it. Thanks for the great time!

Summary: The photos don't do this house justice and I don't have the words to either! It combines warm coziness and extraordinary charm with comfort and quiet. If you want a water view it isn't for you (a gorgeous waterfront park is right next door but the harbor is a couple hundred yards away out of sight) but if you want a lush and private quiet oasis that is a short drive from great beaches and attractions this is your go-to get away.

Summary: The property is quaint and conveniently located. It served us well as we were trying to stay away from crowds during the COVID-19 flare up. This property is quiet and out of the way while still close to downtown Safety Harbor. The vegetation surrounding the property is a little overgrown which makes for many sightings of birds, geckos, bunnies and squirrels. The furnishings are interesting but not very comfortable and don't look very child proof. A couple extra hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on would be helpful.

Summary: Property was quaint and rustic. Decorations and furnishings were unique and interesting. Not what would be expected from a rental property. Location was convenient yet hidden away. The cottage was well maintained and cared for although the grounds were a little overgrown. A good location for those that enjoy the being close to nature.
