This is a brand new tiny house nestled in a cedar grove on a working Texas farm. It has everything you need for a short stay including an outdoor propane grill. A futon is included to make room for three. AC and heated, DVD player, microwave, frig, coffee pot, toaster, induction hot plate all tastefully included for your comfort. Sheer bed drapes will give you the feeling of privacy. A fire pit has been added at the ramada and oak wood is available for purchase. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the farm The place is not appropriate for children or pets.

Summary: Is the best experience we've had. Is relax, peaceful, and without nobody the bother you. The place is clean and feels like a home. The view is beautiful. Is super romantic and if you like the old decoration style you going to love it. We fault in love with the place we didn't want to go. We definitely going to retuned in the future. The owner is super nice and makes us feel at home is good when you go to a place and they tried you that nice. One of the favorite places for now on. 😍💕

Summary: I had a great stay at Marty’s tiny house. Surrounded by trees and pastures, there are plenty of outdoor places to sit and enjoy the scenery. Marty was very helpful with anything I needed, and patient as Google Maps directed me to the wrong place. The traffic noise was a little unexpected (who knew Gatesville was so hopping on a Friday night?), but overall a lovely evening. Thanks, Marty!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay there. Cute little place. Very private. Enjoyed sitting out in the Ramada in the evening. My 6"2 husband would have liked a bigger bed, but we made it work. Owner very nice.

Summary: Marty and her beautifully rebuilt little cabin are wonderful. she is very sweet and the oerfect hostess. She was waiting for us at the gate to show us around when we arrived, gave us a tour of her farm and a little bit of the history of the cute cabin we were staying in. SHE MADE US FRESHLY BAKED COOKIES, and had the fridge fully stocked with drinks, strawberries, eggs and an assortment of snacks on the counter. I rented this place for the night to get away from reality for 24 hours and relax, and IT WAS PERfect. Nestled in the farm with the longhorns in the background, the stars are visible and life pauses for a moment while you get to enjoy life. We cooked steaks under the stars and laughed at the big momma goats and sheep parading down the fields. Everyone and everything at Martys place is very well set up and clean. I would go back every month if I could.
