Hike the 600-foot hill behind the cabin to see a one in a kind view of The Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range. A 16-minute drive to the small town of Cripple Creek to enjoy a root beer float, a selection of dining experiences, quaint shops, and world class gambling. Check out the tiny town of Victor down the road, so much history packed into one area!

• Main floor bath has tub/shower combo. Lower bathroom has shower with seat.
• Linens provided includes: all bed linens, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, bathmats, and nonslip mats.
• Well behaved pets with responsible pet owners are permitted. Fenced in dog area available in the back of the cabin. A one-time $100 dollar pet fee. Please no pets on furniture and should sleep in their own dog bed.
• Maximum of 8 guests per visit. Guest list must remain updated and should be verified by the guest.
• Please no large gatherings of any type.

Summary: This cabin was amazing! The location was wonderful, with scenery enjoyed from sun up to sun down. The amount of stars we saw kept us in awe. Luke was a wonderful host, did a wonderful job communicating. The cabin was exactly as shown, clean and beautiful. and answering any questions.

Summary: We had so much fun - 6 of us stayed with 2 little dogs (the dog run is great) - 2 of the guests are in their 80's (they appreciated having the bathroom attached to one of the bedrooms) and had so much fun. The views from the deck are amazing, the home has everything needed to have a wonderful time and isn't not far from hiking trails, the Cripple Creek railroad and the Wolf Sanctuary. One of the best parts of the home is the downstairs theater room! The screen has to be 110 inches - you can hook up your device and play movies/TV through the screen, or watch a DVD - we watched NFL football and a few good movies. Also, the host is very nice - he was easy to contact with any questions and answered them quickly - he also left us donuts, some Boost Oxygen (great if not acclimated to the elevation) and even had a brand new Ninja Woodfire grill! Which was great - we grilled burgers/hotdogs/steaks and had such a good time. Thank you Luke! We'll be back :)

Summary: The property was clean and certainly secluded. Communication with the owner was easy and seamless. The only issue we had was there was no air conditioning. I know the listing did not state A/C but when you stay at a vacation spot, I think most would assume all standard amenities are at the place of property. Luke did try to help but unfortunately it was too hot. When we arrived it was 85 degrees inside, by 4am it cooled down to 77 degrees. We did not feel comfortable leaving the windows open as we ventured out and about on day 2 so naturally we closed the windows. Once we came back it was 86 degrees inside… too hot! We ended up leaving that day and found a place within the area with A/C. We spent 5 days in the new location. There was nothing wrong with the home nor Luke the owner, it was just too hot for us.

Summary: We loved every minute of our stay! The views are gorgeous, and the sky at night is beyond description in beauty! Luke was an amazing host, attentive and caring (he even located the closed place for my husband to purchase a fishing license). The home itself is beautiful, while comfortable, the beds are super restful! The whole process from check in to check out was perfect- we will be back. Summary: My, mom, brother and I had the BEST time here. Beautiful home, fantastic theater experience, the mpst gorgeous views, and all perfectly nestled in the wonderful Copper mountain. We saw tons of wildlife, stars, and a hundreds of memories wells never forget. Luke is amazing and so thankful we chose this location.
