Summary: This summer was the fourth time we have rented an apartment from Darrick. He is an excellent host. He quickly responds and fulfills any request.The apartment is centrally located. It is in a quiet neighborhood and in walking distance to restaurants and stores. Darrick has replaced the air conditioners in all units to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen has working appliances and there is a comfortable eat in area.There is access to a washer and dryer in the basement. As a bonus, Darrick provides a variety of detergents and fabric softeners. Overall, the apartment met all our needs and we look forward to our next opportunity to rent.

Summary: Can’t beat this for the price!I was in town hiking the Buckeye Trail so I only had a 15 to 30 minute drive to my hike points.Afterwards I was able to relax in the cool quiet apartment each evening.

Summary: Good value. All 1 bedroom apartments. 1 is first floor, 3&4 are second floor. Owner switched us to unit 1. Plenty of heat from radiators, had to open window to adjust.Fully equipped, except no hair dryer. Located in nice old residential neighborhood. Seemed very safe.Parking in back of street was plus. Heard train whistle evening and morning but didn’t wake us up. Very convenient access to I-75. No restaurants or shops close by (walking).

Summary: Nice cozy little apartment. We were satisfied with our stay, especially for the price! It was a nice modest apartment, not super fancy, but we didn't want fancy. It was a perfect fit for what we were looking for and our budget. Communication with property manager was great. This was our first time getting a Vrbo and we will definitely do this again. And if we go back to Cincinnati we would definitely stay at this property again.
