Summary: Good value. All 1 bedroom apartments. 1 is first floor, 3&4 are second floor. Owner switched us to unit 1. Plenty of heat from radiators, had to open window to adjust.Fully equipped, except no hair dryer. Located in nice old residential neighborhood. Seemed very safe.Parking in back of street was plus. Heard train whistle evening and morning but didn’t wake us up. Very convenient access to I-75. No restaurants or shops close by (walking).

Summary: A basic one bedroom apartment. Clean, easy booking, owner is accessible and helpful. (Nice guy, too!)Nothing super fancy here, but very livable, nice neighborhood with easy access to major highways, plenty of amenities close by. Great value!

Summary: Nice cozy little apartment. We were satisfied with our stay, especially for the price! It was a nice modest apartment, not super fancy, but we didn't want fancy. It was a perfect fit for what we were looking for and our budget. Communication with property manager was great. This was our first time getting a Vrbo and we will definitely do this again. And if we go back to Cincinnati we would definitely stay at this property again.

Summary: I had a great time here. It had everything I needed for my trip. Building was quiet. Air conditioner in the bedroom was awesome for the hot days. Smart tv in the living room to watch movies on streaming. Full kitchen and dining table.

Summary: This stay was our third year at the property; however, it was the first time we stayed in Apartment 4. We were extremely pleased with the dwelling. The apartment is exactly as advertised. The host is always available to expediently address any wants or needs. As referred to in the listing, this apartment is indeed a perfect, cozy get-away.

Summary: The rental is a unit in a house converted into apartments. The house is not disability-accessible (not a knock, just noting for disabled folks). The location was pretty close to a number of restaurants and cafes, and also about a 15-20 min drive to downtown. A reasonable price for the few nights we stayed and no ridiculous clean up requirements upon checkout. Overall a decent place. Nothing fancy or upscale, but good enough to come back to after a busy day.
