Come relax by the water!!! This lake front property has everything you need to enjoy a get away! Water front house with dock access in a no wake zone cove and gorgeous views. Boats and jetskis are welcome! A perfect place for your family/friends!
The relaxing water, boat dock, and large open windows are the perfect place for any birthday party, family reunion, you name it! Cason cove is known for the spectacular location on Lake brownwood. This is an enforced no wake zone cove, there are no boats/jetskis to be speeding by while your floating and swimming.
The house is conveniently located less than a mile away from a public boat ramp and 8 miles from town. There is a small grocery store and Dollar General less than 4 miles away.
The house has 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom. This lakefront home comfortably sleeps 8, with the option of a Queen sized blow up mattress to sleep 10 total. The master bedroom has a half bath attached with King sized bed & Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 has an additional King sized bed with a 50 inch tv. Guest Bedroom #3 has a Queen sized bed.
The Lakefront Den has a pull out couch that makes into a queen sized bed.
The two couches in the living rooms also recline if you need to accommodate more people, in this case let us know so we can help with linens, etc!
WHATS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY?
This is our full-time home. We have done our best to put our daily living aside, so you may have the best home away from home possible! That being said, just about anything you would need is available to you. If you have any questions specifically, please don’t be afraid to ask! Kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped!
• Clean linens will be available upon arrival.
• TV and WiFi are available.
• There is a grill, BBQ pit, fire pit, and kayak available for guest use! Enjoy the fire pit by making s’mores or hotdogs along side the gorgeous lake view!
• Fishing poles and a small tackle box for the fishermen and fisherwomen out there - you will need your own bait.
• Covered outdoor seating on the porch overlooking the lake.
• For the boats/jetskis - the boat dock is available for you to use. There is a jetski docking station that guests may use.

Summary: Our family had a great time in this house for our yearly trip to Lake Brownwood. If you have a boat, the location is in a nice cove easily accessible to the main part of the lake and close to the boat ramp. Amenities listed was as described.. Internet/Wi-Fi access was a definite bonus. Other than the steps to the dock being a little steep, we really enjoyed our vacation and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a lake house.

Summary: Really lovely home right on the water. The dock is on an inlet of Lake Brownwood, so the water is very calm for swimming and paddle boarding. The location feels pleasantly remote but is only 15ish minutes from Brownwood proper. The hosts were very responsive. Everything you could ask for in a lovely getaway location.

Summary: This place is perfect!!! There was some confusion regarding the pet fee. They contacted me and the owner was very kind and allowed me to pay the fee I overlooked. Overall I have never had such amazing communication with an owner. That’s a plus for me. This home is worth every penny.

Summary: We had such an awesome time here! The lake was beautiful and the house was so comfy! It had an amazing view and had its own dock to fish off of and to park your boat! The ramp to unload the boat was down the street and the drive back on the boat was about 5 minutes! We had such an awesome time and we all loved it! It was one of the best stays we’ve had anywhere! 10/10!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: Our overall stay was amazing! The overall property was great except you should be more transparent about there being only one toilet. That would be the one thing we would say was difficult with 5 of us in the house. However, the property was beautiful, it’s location was perfect! Beautiful view of the lake.

Summary: Walked in and dog poop on carpet. The house was not super clean. Notes all over bathroom telling you not to put toilet paper in toilet. House so lived in there was no place to put our groceries and we had to unpack clothes and put on floor. Carpet needed shampooed. Inside phone rang several times one evening and one morning at 9 am. We were told to not answer. Annoying. My husband spent 45 min with a broom getting rid of cobwebs and spiders on dock. We spent $8 on spider spray and used it all. After we did that the dock was clean for the rest of the weekend. I spent about 10 minutes scrubbing and cleaning the patio table. I talked to the granddaughter and told her at the very least I wanted my cleaning fee back and she said she would talk to her grandparents who live in the house and get back with me in a few days. I haven’t heard anything. I will be taking this further with VRBO. Main bathroom was clean. Only one dish towel for three days. Washer was full of the owners unwashed clothes. There was a sports bra on top of the dryer. I could go on and on, we were very disappointed with the house. The only reason I gave it a star is because after we cleaned up the dock it was an awesome place and beautiful to hang out. This is so overpriced. I would not recommend this place at all
