4 Bedroom House in Cumming

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 1 half bath lake house is located on Lake Lanier, on the South West end of the Lake in Cumming, Georgia, just off of Pilgrim Mill Road.
It is perfectly located with an overlook view to the dock and water with amazing sunset views from the dock. Convenient access by boat or car to restaurants, marinas, golf, tennis, jet-ski rentals, Lake Lanier Island Waterpark, hiking areas, and much more.
It has a large deck and patio that runs the full length of the house with ample seating. Hot tub with a ping pong table pool table and lounge seating. The dock is wonderful for sunbathing, relaxing, or just watching the amazing views and sunsets!
The main level has 1 bedroom (master with king bed) and private bath; another bath off of the kitchen with a bedroom with 2 twin beds.. A beautiful kitchen with island and dining table; a living room with a wood-burning fireplace. The center of the house features an entire wall of glass windows to enjoy the views of the backyard and surrounding area. The main doors lead out to a large deck with outdoor dining.
On the terrace level you will find 2 bedrooms. One is a queen bed with an additional twin bed. another bedroom with king bed and a hall bathroom that is off the main room with pool table and TV. Walk outside to a screened in porch with the ping pong table. two terrier of outdoor seating. Sit by the fire pit or take a dip in the hot tub. easy walk to the dock with great views of the lake.
Have fun swimming, boating, fishing, jet skiing, waterskiing, bird watching, walking, and exploring the lake.
If you are looking for enjoyment and relaxation on the lake, this is the place to be!
Lake Lanier is located in North Georgia, just 40 miles from the state capitol of Atlanta. The 692 miles of shoreline borders the following five counties: Hall; Forsyth; Dawson; Gwinnett and Lumpkin. Lake Lanier is well known for its wonderful fishing. Whether you want to catch a monster Striper Bass or go for a mega Flathead Catfish then fishing on this lake will be a real treat!

Summary: Fish from the dock. Amazing sunrise views, tons of room (for everything except parking, lol!) and PET FRIENDLY makes this the perfect location for a Lake Lanier visit.

Summary: Arrived approximately 8pm on Saturday. We saw and killed roaches from Sunday until end of vacation. Had to clean and spray until exterminator arrived. Notified owner via text, no response until VRBO contacted him. Not allowed to turn AC below 73. 58 stairs to dock mostly without railing. Dirty kitchen floors. Roach spray and Roach bait under sink yet owner said he never had roaches.

Summary: This house is in a great location, lakefront. We were looking for peace and quiet and we definitely got some. This is in a quiet neighborhood with no loud music, loud boats or loud partying. Lots of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to use. The hot tub, pool table, fire pit, grill and outdoor living areas were all a hit. Kitchen is well-equipped. Management company communicates in a timely manner. Make sure to bring your own camp chairs for sitting on the dock as the dock is quite large but has no furniture. Only negative…the couch in the den needs replaced as the “leather” is flaking off and got all over our clothes and in our hair nightly. Thanks for a great week of r and r!

Summary: The property was ok. However I do not feel like it was worth the money that we paid. Much of the downstairs was a bit outdated and needing work. The upper level was nice. When we got there the hot tub was gross. However the property manager worked on it right away and got it addressed. We also had no hot water on our last night of our stay. You would expect the property to be top notch and no issues for the amount of money that you are paying. I summary property was ok and property manager was very responsive but overall not worth the money.
