Summary: We had a wonderful time in this excellent property! Everything was as described and we enjoyed a very peaceful stay. The house is cozy and my son and I had a great night of fishing right from the dock! The property owner was communicative and helpful. He was willing to and ready to offer suggestions for things to do in the area.

Summary: Great location. Clean and plenty of room. With the boat dock and cleaning station, it's ideal for a fishing trip to not have to haul the boat everywhere by trailer and miss all of that time on the water. Well equipped kitchen to cook up all of those fish!

Summary: We decided to book this home on a Friday and Saturday night because we had a fishing excursion most of the day on Saturday.Everyone was very impressed with the house. It was very clean and very practical, plenty of room.We all agreed that we will be staying here again, the next time we book a fishing trip in Rockport.

Summary: We frequently go to Rockport, this is our first time renting a home. We LOVED it!!! The house was amazing and the owners were so nice and always available. We took my elderly mom, and she moved around with ease. Everything you could need was a short drive away. We did things in Rockport, Port A and Corpus! We didn't catch anything but we fished on the canal behind the house and just relaxed! We are already planning another family trip and will DEFINITELY rent here again!!!

Summary: The property was in a good location, we got to let the kids fish off the back area. The property just felt dated and in need of a refresh for the price. All in it felt average, I think I would look for a newer property next time for the cost.
