Summary: The private entrance, ease with getting to and from property, and the neighborhood, we’re all very accurate. Quiet and clean room. The negatives: The hot water in the shower takes a bit to get to you. The screen door was difficult to use and should be replaced. The positives: Very private, quiet, and a great price for the room. Beautiful views of the San Gabriel mountains made it even better. Ms. Deng does a nice job.

Summary: Great location. Good setup. Hot water warm at best, takes a minute or two to make it to the tap, short lived (would not stay warm for more than 5-6 minutes), and so generally unreliable. Can’t see how this would not be an issue for every guest wishing to take a shower that was HOT, every time, for more than 5 minutes..

Summary: I loved this little place, it has so much going for it. Clean, attractive, and so much more comfortable than a hotel room. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought into the amenities such as a hot plate, toaster oven, dishes, sheets, toiletries and so on. The location is great, in a neighborhood that is very quiet, and nestled up to the San Gabriel Mountains, which I thought was lovely. Yet it's really close to two major freeways. It's easy to get to stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc. All for a really excellent price. I have family in this general area, I plan to look this place up the next time I am down for a visit. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Summary: The room was well stocked... Even with some extras that were unexpected but definitely appreciated. The neighborhood was great. We had a problem with a breaker at one point and the hosts helped us figure it out right away. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the place was poor but the host was thoughtfull about it and offered to bring some plastic plates and utensils. Overall a good place to stay. Probably should hire a new cleaning lady... Just a suggestion
