Please note that the building also has commercial premises and other apartments, sometimes there is a lot of activity during the day, but you won't notice it once you're inside your comfortable room equipped with anti-noise windows and blackout curtains; night time is very calm. The entrance to the building is common, you will have another private gate that separates the apartment from the rest for extra privacy and security. Stays over 28 nights include average electric energy consumption, any excessive over usage may incurr in an extra charge calculated with the cost on the last receipt.
