Ground floor private entrance of a 3 story Federal Brick home built in 1919. The place is close to public transportation to Manhattan, amazing restaurants, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Garden. You’ll love my place because of:
- the outdoor space with grill. When inside- cable flat-screen smart TV with all premium movie channels
- the high-end gourmet kitchen (dishwasher and stainless appliances) and your own full-size washer/dryer
- the great neighborhood with so many restaurants, outdoor bars, live music
- the comfy bed
- WiFi
- Iron/ironing board, hair-dryer, A/C
- 24 hour check-in
- Your own thermostat for heat.
My place is great for couples and solo adventurers. A total of 4 people can stay using the pull-out couch in the living room. There is a Pack n Play & bouncy seat for babies. I have a stroller...just ask. I will be available, if you want, throughout your stay to make suggestions on restaurants and any other needs you may have. Park Slope is an amazing neighborhood in Brooklyn. It is a brownstone area with a great deal of historic significance. We have a huge area of fabulous restaurants and is close and accessible to Manhattan and to other neighborhoods in Brooklyn. The house is close to subways and buses and you can walk to everything you need including food stores and restaurants, parks and museums.

Summary: The apartment was absolutely perfect for my trip to Brooklyn. Obviously tons of places to eat close by, it was a short walk over to the park & the Park Slope neighborhood is really nice! The actual apartment as well was great, I worked from there a couple of days and enjoyed sitting out in the backyard :)

Summary: This Park Slope apartment was perfect for us! Clean, warm and comfortable. The washer/dryer was a bonus! As far as location, the apartment was convenient to all transportation going into Manhattan. Brooklyn is a treat as well. Very well worth exploring. We’ll be back!
