The kitchen is open to living room and the back door opens to a gigantic deck for tanning, reading, and relaxing. Queen bedroom has a lighted built in desk and large well lit closet. Summary: This GCP needs nothing! You have everything for all your needs. We stayed for 3 nights to unwind from the daytime activities. We were gone all day & returned around 10 pm. Very quiet neighborhood. Would comeback & recommend!

Summary: The unit was true to its pictures and description as advertised on VRBO. It was a comfortable space for two people but could accommodate 2 more on the pullout couch. We enjoyed having the deck that allowed us to sit outdoors in the Florida sunshine. The unit is centrally located with easy access to beaches, golf, baseball, horse races and shopping. Fran and Marc were excellent owners who were available to help out on a moments notice. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Property was everything it was advertised to be. Clean and neat and easily accessed through the garage. Owners made us feel right at home, constantly asking if we needed anything. It was just 5 minutes from our friends so that made it particularly handy for us. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: I booked Fran's place for my folks who flew in from out of town and they loved it!! It was super clean and cozy! The decor was lovely and the back patio, even though they didn't get an opportunity to use it, was inviting and relaxing! Fran was absolutely wonderful! Very attentive to our needs and quick to respond. Overall it was a wonderful experience in a fantastic location, close to everything.
