Welcome to this tranquil, relaxing room with a custom built in closet and personal desk. The bed is made with luxurious bamboo sheets, ultra soft duvet and extra pillows for your comfort. The bedside table has plenty of space for books, quality lighting and a clock/radio/wireless charging station.

The room comes with a full private bathroom that’s equipped for aromatherapy baths and showers! The vanity’s marble countertop is large enough for all your bathroom accessories. Find extra towels, shower gel, cleaning products, hair dryer, and large mirror within this space.

The shared living room is furnished with a high end, cozy sectional and chairs, perfect for relaxing while you catch up on a good book. The cladded marble gas fireplace will definitely help set a relaxing evening vibe!

The kitchen is stylishly designed and outfitted for convenience. Stainless steel appliances, long butcher block island, quartz countertops, Nespresso coffee station, toaster, air fryer, electric kettle, dishwasher and water cooler are just some of this room’s features.
Laundry:

Summary: this lovely place is situated where it's easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, close to Abbotsford airport, a park to walk in, and shopping. Spencer & Francine are great hosts! - their answers to our questions were helpful and efficient. Loved the hot tub!. We are grateful we found them & their place. God bless!

Summary: Francine and Spencer were great hosts as they welcomed me into their home. The bedroom was just the right size with a nice storage area and comfortable bed. A small desk, refrigerator, and microwave were convenient. The Keurig well stocked with Tim Horton's was appreciated! The bathroom was not en suite, but it was just a couple steps across the hallway. Everything will clean, cheerful, and well-decorated. I didn't use the living room area because I was out much of the day, but it was very nice. The exercise room has a great treadmill, which I used, and there are several other pieces of equipment. Be aware that if you use the fitness room in the winter, it will be a little brisk when you walk in, but once you start moving it's actually refreshing. I have only one very minor suggestion. Perhaps add a power strip with a couple more plug ins, for those of us who have devices to charge. Other than that, I'd certainly come here again when I'm in the Abbotsford area. Thanks for a great stay.

Summary: We arrived in Abbotsford on Thursday morning and left Sunday morning. Francine and Spencer let us check in early and check out later (if we wanted) Francine and Spencer (hosts) were great! The location was good. Close to everything. Spencer met us at the home at 3:30 pm and when we come in we saw a bunch of shoes. That confused us a bit. We then found out that they live there as well. I must have misunderstood the listing though. I thought we were getting the whole house to ourselves like I’ve always had with other listings. So that was all on me. My mistake. We had a room and a private bathroom across the hall. Room was nice and bathroom was ok. We had a coffee machine, TV, microwave and a mini fridge. The gym was good as well. It was in the garage but we had all the equipment we needed. We did have access to the hot tub, BBQ, kitchen and living room if we wanted to use them. We only used the kitchen & bbq. We Just felt a bit awkward using the living room and hot tub. It was just awkward having the hosts living there as well. Don’t get me wrong though, They were great but just not something we were used to. We like to go out but we also wanted to relax, chill and sit in the living room to watch a movie or play cards. One night they had friends over so we decided to just stay out for the evening as we didn’t want to impose or crash their event. Did find dirty diapers in the garbage in our private bathroom when we got back. If you don’t mind sharing the home with the hosts, then you may want to check it out. We’ve always rented places through VRBO and had the whole house to ourselves, so this was not ideal for us.

Summary: Nice property, great bed and pillows. That always makes a difference. They gave us space and made us feel very welcome. Hot tub was great, and we had full access to everything. They ensured we had everything we needed. Would stay there again.
