House is located in an exclusive upscale, quiet neighborhood. It can fit up to 13 people including families with kids. It is fully furnished & equipped, TV with cables, WIFI and washer & dryer. Includes a spacious Game room w\ Pool table & It has an amazing private patio to sit and relax with a beautiful outdoor heated pool to enjoy the sweet Texas breeze and sun light. It is close to all the necessary amenities including restaurants, bars, shopping, golf court & places of worship.
This beautiful four bedroom, two bath, 1800sqf house includes beds for 10 people plus a sofa in the master bedroom which opens up to a queen bed plus a folding bed is also available. Both are very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 13 people. House included in both the Living room and the master suite include Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wifi, washer & dryer, wood burning Fireplace and more. High Ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. Includes a spacious and fun Game room w\ Pool table, arcade, Foosball and more. There is an open patio where you can BBQ and enjoy the sweet Texas breeze and sun light and right after, you can jump into the beautiful outdoor heated pool. You will have plenty of private parking and you can use the Neighborhood Golf court which is located a few minutes walk from the house. You will love this perfect vacation home!
This home is located in the northern part of San Antonio. Quiet and peaceful. You have all the necessary amenities right next to you in a walking distance such as shopping, gas, groceries, synagogue, church and all kind of restaurants. About 5 minutes drive to the famous Northstar shopping mall, parks and to the airport. 10 minutes drive to the Zoo, Botanical gardens and to the Medical center. 15 minutes drive to Six flags, Downtown & Riverwalk, Sea world and more. Perfectly located in the middle of everything!

- Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)
I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you're here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival). In the house i have a list of local recommendations so you'll be equipped with what you need to get around and get the best out of San Antonio during your stay! - Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- Pool will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat the pool, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take several hours for the water to heat.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here very much. We were travelling with 2 kids and 4 adults. The house was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Thank you for a great trip!

Summary: Overall, it was a really nice place to stay. Nice pool, clean property, excellent location. The water pressure in the masterbath was low. A few of the games shown in pictures in the gameroom werent there, although the additional bed was nice for the kids.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in San Antonio. The home is in a nice neighborhood, we felt safe and secure. The home was clean and had the basic things we needed in the kitchen and pool towels in the hall closet. Bring a blow dryer and your own pillows.

Summary: Great neighborhood, felt safe and close to everything we wanted. We visited six flags, SeaWorld, the Alamo and Natural Bridge Caverns and were within 25 minutes or so of everything. It’s close to a grocery store and Walgreens. The house nicely accommodated 2 adults and 4 kids. The pool is smaller than anticipated, more for lounging than swimming and we had a little trouble with the heater but the host was very responsive in handling it. I’d suggest bringing your own pillows and don’t forget a hair dryer. The fridge doesn’t have any shelves in the door but we made do with what room we had. We didn’t find any extra trash bags, dish soap or dishwasher tabs but didn’t mind purchasing them. I used the washer and dryer and they worked fine. The game room is fun, the kids really enjoyed it. It would be cool to put a TV in there! We used the kitchen all week and it was nice to have the bare necessities available, I was thankful for the muffin pan. Overall great stay.

Summary: After a VERY stressful check in process due to not receiving ANY access instructions until 3 hours AFTER the property was supposed to be available, we pretty much enjoyed our stay. The pool heater didn't work for the 1st 2 days, but the property manager was apologetic and got it fixed as soon as possible and sent us pizza. The location is great...everything we wanted to do was within 15-20min drive in any direction. House has a fun game room that our children enjoyed.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this large home. There was a lot of space and the game room and pool kept our kids busy during our time at the rental. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and within 20 minutes of popular attractions. It is an older home with some wear but overall a positive stay!
