Check out these OUTSTANDING Backyard Views! This Luxury home is located in Las Sendas Gated Community and Golf Course Country Club. The backyard is where you’ll love to hang out with the private pool, hot tub, and putting green! The upper deck is also an amazing feature and another gathering place with breathtaking views! The new contemporary decor makes this home cozy and comfortable both inside and out. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, game room, and it is fully furnished with a washer and dryer. There is a foosball table, dry bar, and wooden board games for entertainment. Just outside the gate, there is access to biking, hiking, and walking trails. Other amenities in the community include tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, baseball field, soccer fields, etc. There are two Olympic size community heated pools, playgrounds, and a Robert Trent Jones II design golf course just around the corner.
The hot tub is included with the rental. With the rising cost of utilities, a heated pool is an extra $35 per day. The hot tub is always available. Please let me know in advance so we can have the pool heated for your arrival. You may be able to check in early or check out later for $50.00 with approval.

The Arizona Diamondbacks Stadium is only 24 miles away. There are 4 grocery stores within a 3-mile radius. The Las Sendas Trailhead Community Center is within walking distance and has exercise classes, and for a small fee, they have top-of-the-line equipment, and they also offer Massages, steam showers & facials. There are 3 airports within 20 minutes. All of these shopping centers are less than 15 miles away: Superstition Mall, Tempe Marketplace, San Tan Village, and Fashion Square Mall. Movie theaters, many restaurants, and gas stations are all nearby. Also, you may rent a boat, UTV, or take a ferry and see some of the incredible mountain landscapes in Arizona. Just 10 minutes away there is The Best Saguaro Lake Tours. If you like to ski, Sunrise Peak Ski resort is a 3-hour drive. Or the beautiful Grand Canyon is only a 3-hour 45-minute drive.

Summary: Wonderful property. Wonderful hosts. No problems. No hassles. Very peaceful and quiet. Beautiful view. Bring some binoculars, swim clothes, suntan lotion, food and beverages. Everything else is pretty much furnished. Adjust the thermostat accordingly upon arrival. I believe they set it at 85 when not in use. The pool and hot tub control via web page / app may take a minute to get familiar with but once you know what you're doing it works fine. It is set up to run automatically to clean the water so if you wake up and think you left it running from the night before as we did, no worries, it's normal, just let it go. A couple minor complaints: The shower in the master bedroom seemed kind of small for such a nice place and the temperature of the water was a little quirky to adjust in it. It could probably use a few shelves as well. Also, the remote for the TV in the living room needed to be right next to the TV in order to operate it. We tried changing batteries but it didn't help. Maybe an interference problem. These issues were easily manageable though. Overall you can't go wrong with renting here. Had a very enjoyable 5-day stay while visiting the in-laws. Thank you so much for having us.

Summary: An unbeatable experience. You'll never want to leave the property. Complete with an amazing rooftop deck (perfect for happy hour or the morning coffee), a warm pool that is about 5" deep at it's deepest, A GREAT hot tub, putting green, bags field, and that's just the backyard! The house has a generous open floor plan, large kitchen, game room, and everything you need if there's a time to escape from the sun. I don't know why you'd ever want to leave but if you do there's plenty of activities nearby. Shopping is just a short drive away and includes everything from groceries, to hardware, to restaurants. The owners are just minutes away as well and VERY responsive to any questions you may have.

Summary: Las Sendas is a great location! The views from this home are amazing! Having lived in the area for 10 years and returning for a visit, this is a great spot in the Phoenix Valley. My husband and son enjoyed the Las Sendas golf course and we used the pool, hot tub and putting green daily. The balcony is the very best spot for morning coffee. Can't wait to return next year.

Summary: We had wonderful week! The house was perfect for our family. (4 adults and 2 small children). The location is great. We went for walks and played at parks. We spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. The balcony has an amazing view. The house was spotless and the welcome gift was a lovely touch. Thank you very much and thanks for letting us stay. We would definitely love to come back again!
