The King Ranch is a luxurious 5 bedroom home offering the perfect retreat for families, friends and wedding guests that are seeking both proximity to the festivities and a serene, private oasis to enjoy. Our property includes a 1 bedroom garage apartment. A private pool & spa on a sprawling 5 acre estate makes this the quintessential entertainer's delight. Whether you're here to celebrate with loved ones or simply unwind in the Texas Hill Country, The King Ranch is a charming slice of paradise!
The King Ranch is an entertainer's delight! The ranch is a peaceful, child and pet friendly retreat with abundant privacy for your next getaway, family reunion, holiday party, corporate event, smaller events & micro weddings!
The main home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, one half bath.
MAIN HOME SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Main floor primary suite: King bed
Main floor living area: Full sofa bed
Second floor 4 bedrooms: All King beds
DETACHED GARAGE APARTMENT:
Bedroom 1: King
Living area: Queen sofa bed
***Every bedroom (including garage apartment) has the flexibility to convert the King beds into a 2 single twin XL bed set up. Please notify host when booking if you need bedrooms made with twins. All bedrooms are made up as kings unless otherwise stated.***
We also have a pack-n-play crib available for use.
The amenities here include the pool & spa, sun chairs, picnic table, patio set, fire pit, corn hole lawn games, Blackstone griddle, Weber grill, filtered water cooler, extra folding tables and chairs & lawn canopies for outdoor dining, board games, puzzles, Smart Tv's, 2 laundry areas, 2 dishwashers, pool towels, lanterns, & a well stocked kitchen and bathroom basics making packing a breeze!
The property is available for small events & the outbuilding in the back of the property is available to rent for an additional charge. Outbuilding has power, A/C, furniture for meetings, a refrigerator and small bar. The building does NOT have a bathroom so a portable restroom must be rented for your event and your own cost and be removed by the time your are required to check out. All events must follow the Quiet Hours of 10pm-8am rule.

Summary: What a great property! The house was perfect for our family as we came together for my son’s wedding in Dripping Springs. It was clean with so many amenities and comforts. The whole family was impressed! Our host, Kristen, provided great communications and she made sure that all our needs were met. We would love to stay again and highly recommend this property!

Summary: We had family come in from different states to stay together for my daughter’s first birthday and everyone is already talking about coming back next year. This is the perfect house & host! They thought of everything to make it comfortable. Zero complaints and we hope to be back next year!!!

Summary: This property and host definitely lived up to the listing expectations! The home was large and spacious enough for us to all hang out together in the main areas, but still have private spaces for getting ready, sleeping, etc. There were plenty of supplies, but HEB is also just minutes away for anything we forgot or needed. It's very private so we enjoyed a couple nights out by the fire pit, but it's also only a short ride to several wineries, distilleries and activities so you basically get the best of both worlds. It was a little too chilly for the pool and we didn't choose to warm up the hot tub, but both of those did look clean and inviting. Kristen made sure to check in regularly for anything we might have needed or had questions about the first day/night and responded quickly to any texts after that. There was even a welcome basket for the group with goodies, as well as a gift for each myself (the planner) and the bride with our names on them. Very thoughtful. She also had the upstairs beds all separated for us so that those who were sharing rooms still had separate beds to sleep in. Would highly recommend this house and host for any future stay.

Summary: Really enjoyed or stay. We were on a mens retreat and had several places to gather. Home is beautiful and well equiped. Large kitchen and living room. Outdoor spaces were great.
