Summary: Central to NW austin and downtown, easy access to get everywhere, great location ! (Bring a sound machine to mask the trains in the wee hours of the night.) House is roomy, yard is wonderful, and neighborhood lovely for long walks.

Summary: The house was very clean and in a super convenient location for us! We were in town for a bridal shower and other events and it worked out great! The yard and back deck were wonderful also, and Abby was a very gracious host and easy to communicate with!

Summary: I came here with a group of friends to celebrate a wedding in Austin, could not have picked a better place to stay! The house is in a perfect location with easy access to downtown. The neighborhood is safe and very charming, with a cute coffee shop and taco stand near by. The house was clean and cozy, and we had everything we needed. The outdoor space is beautiful- wish we had grilled out! Thanks for letting us stay- would highly recommend this VRBO.

Summary: Abby did such a wonderful job hosting our stay! I had told her in advance I wished to host a birthday party there and she was very helpful and understanding, assisting me to even check in earlier to prepare! It's a beautiful property that hosts people comfortably and would recommend it 10x over to any group planning to come into town!

Summary: Beautiful home with great location close to downtown! We use for one night and was a great pick for the value. I would like to add that one of the room need more privacy with some curtains to close the view from backyard.
