This perfect six bedroom, three full bath, with two king size beds, four queen size beds, and two full pullouts, will sleep 16. New carpet, updated interior. The cozy theater room with 55" TV with bluray player can seat 11, with six recliners, and other seating. Relaxing family room has 40" TV with bluray. WiFi is available.
Two car garage, with extra off street parking. Washer and dryer available. This house is stocked with DVD/Bluray movies, a table tennis table, a foosball game, books, board games, bicycles (3 mountain, 1 road), and digital piano. Relax on the backyard patio, with private backyard.

Summary: The home is big and accommodated our group. It was in a great location in Heber. It was spot clean, but not cleaned. Thoroughly was a little disappointed in the lack of cleanliness.

Summary: Our family met in Heber City to celebrate Christmas because a grandchild was pending and her parents would be unable to travel for the holiday. This home fit our needs perfectly! Everyone who was able to come had ample room and privacy - especially for the baby & toddler. An added blessing to this Grandma was that the owners had thoughtfully decorated the home with lots of lights & Christmas trees!

Summary: We had a fun stay with our family in Heber City. The house had 6 nice bedrooms, and fit our family well. There are several minor things that need some attention, but the place was clean, and easy to get to.

Summary: Overall we were pleased with the property. The beds were comfortable, there was adequate seating in the TV room downstairs, and the house was well furnished with what a group of 10-15 people might need for meal preparation. We spent a lot of time in the family room, which is well suited for conversation. The bath towels proved were large and in good condition. There were a few things that we thought could be improved. The showers are dark, and they do not have grab bars. Seating for meals is quite inadequate, just one small table that has four chairs. There are two other chairs nearby, so six people could be placed around the table. (We had brought a folding table based on the interior photographs, so we had adequate seating. There are extra chairs and a folding table in the garage, but I don't know whether they are intended for guest use.) Several light bulbs were burned out when we arrived. There were extra bulbs in one cabinet, so we replaced as many as we had new bulbs. Our group of eleven adults enjoyed our stay, with the house serving as home base for excursions and the place to gather for meals. We did not use the ping-pong table or foosball table. The owner was good about communication and responding to questions.
